Bought lazy boy recliners elsewhere, did not know about this place, lazy boy has a 30 price match guarantee , mother-in-law said halsteads had good prices her son just purchased there. went there for a price quote after wife called, they were cheaper, BUT they would not give me a quote in writing, wanted me to cancel purchase, but it was past three days (no cancellation after 3 day), answer was to bad should've bought here, would not help me out. Need less to say I will not buy from them, EVER!!!! We will be replacing our couch in spring but no there.
