Stylist: Kema. Although the actual trim/cut was good. I had to go home and wash out whatever it was that she sprayed into my hair. I also did NOT appreciate the 'style' that she did. (I work in Euclid. I am NOT African-American!)

Was hesitant anyways to go here on a whim for a quick fix was the only thing open on a SundayAsked to fix my bangs they were alittle messed up but not horriblejust a few strands of hair that were cut shorter than I’d likefigured they could easily easily blend it and disguise itBut they made it worse and then laughed and proceeded to tell me no one can fix itAnd it seems like such a easy fix just not something I can do but someone who is more “professional” could fixor make it better then what it is and theydidn’t take me seriously at all they shouldn’t even be allowed to cut hair by what I enduredWhat was strange also is that the gentleman in front of methey cut his hair fine but didn’t even know how to cut a simple bang on me ridiculous

I’m sorry but I go here all the time and today the lady was here from Eastlake to help but she did the worst job that I ever had at this location !!! I’m going to have to go home and trim so many leftover long hairs … she was done in five minutes and she should not be cutting hair !!! Her clippers must be extremely dull …Hair type: A basic number 3 cut all over my head !!!Can’t be any easier than that

They're friendly but unless you're getting a basic boomer style haircut they're going to do a bad job. It's always someone different every time I go in, they rush through and do an awful job. After this last visit, which will be my last, I felt compelled to write a review. I asked for a faux hawk, which starts at a 0 on the sides, she asked if used a 0 then proceeded to shave my.hewd with it. I left with what could barely even be called a high and tight, I barely have any hair left on my head. She never spoke the whole time and it was just an awful experience. Never again

Wonderful people at this location! Christopher, Tina, and the rest of the team are all very detailed, professional, and efficient (and enjoyable to chat with!). One of the best Great Clips locations, and I’ve been to many!

The stylist did exactly what I wanted and I will have her do the hair cut any time I need it to be done. Before the hair stylist touches my hair Thay will check my history to find out how I like my hair cut and will confirm with me that's what I want done or if I want something different. Thay will update my file for the next time. I highly recommend them anytime anyone wants their cut.Service: Haircut
