Store was very clean and well stocked associate went above and beyond what I was expecting for called and asked if they had item I was looking for and did I live 2 hours away she had it waiting for me at front desk called 4 other Ace hardware stores and go nowhere this store and associate cared about the job she did and care about customers

I know what you’re thinking… A hardware store… But I can definitely tell you and Middlefield they do things a little bit differently than they do in town. The minute you walk through the door there’s usually 2 to 3 people standing there greeting you to the store. And asking how can I help you so basically I list everything that I’m looking for and they send one of the employees to help you find everything which I love because it breaks down a lot of the time that it would take me to look for everything and they’re so courteous they’re not pushy They don’t tell you what to buy. They look for everything that you’re interested in and if you have any questions regarding anything, they answer it I hope you all have an a rewards card for the store because it seriously helps you save money. I was able to find everything I was looking for and of course had to buy some of the authentic root beer it’s the best! The store is very clean. It’s very organized and they do have public bathrooms.

The staff is amazing! Super helpful. I typically have no idea what i am realy doing and the staff always helps me find what i need. You are always greeted with a smile. They are the most helpful staff of any store ive ever been in. Always a pleasant experience.
