The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, they have a fast turn around on taxes, and the prices are fair. We've used them for at least 15 years and have never regretted it. Twice we tried other tax services and ended up having issues with our returns. I'll never use another tax service again.

I normally don't leave reviews but had to leave a good one for these guys and Becky lol By far the most upstanding decent people I've done taxes with, very friendly and treat you real good and really make you feel comfortable. Will for sure go back. Highly recommended to anyone. Was a mint experience top notch.

I have been going to then for years and they have always been professional. This year, after the loss of my husband they have been more than helpful with many questions that I had. I highly recommend them for your taxes.

Brought my paperwork into this business based on reviews.10 days past the government's extensions date, I still never recieved a call. I called them. The receptionist was a bit snobby, but we got thru that and wished each other a great day.She, Becky, assured me I would hear back from a tax preparer. About a half hour later I recieved a voicemail from Aaron stating they told me my file would be on the back burner when I dropped it off ...which was a lie.Also, not a text, phone call, or email. I proceeded to tell him that the address he wanted to send my important papers to wasnt even mine, but my uncles in independence and i kind of chuckled about it because you simply have to read to see it wasnt where I reside.Aaron then told me I had an attitude, refused to allow me to pick my papers up.from Calwell tax, hung up 4 on my number 4 times as I tried to call back to give my proper address since he would not communicate or allow me to pick them up.Within an hr this man sent my papers to my OLD address....even though I told him that is where my ex lives and I have nothing to do with him.Within an hour, this man was hell bent on sending my papers to the wrong address.I contacted the local police and sheriffs. With their help and that of Middlefield post office I was able to retrieve my papers the same day before they got into the wrong hands. Or lost.I am so glad I contacted the authorities.You cant go around treating people this way.*I am writing this portion post here in response to Caldwell's reply;I did indeed hire you-I signed paperwork with Phil upon dropping off my paperwork.Regardless of whether I had given you money yet, I hired you to file my taxes, in which I was NOT expecting a return,but wanted the IRS to have my personal info.In no way did I yell and I most certainly did NOT call anyone stupid. ! Anyone that knows me knows that's not my character.Integrity..its important to have integrity.There are many things more important than money.One is integrity, another is not lying about what happened .I can rest my head at night knowing I am telling the truth.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Better service than h&r block and less hastle/ more peace of mind than doing it yourself. I love that I can just drop it off, and pick it up a week later.
