Tried to order parts for our shop compressor. Called because b&m tool sales is marked as a rolair dealer. I called with all of my part numbers ready to go. The man I spoke with seemed irritated when he answered the phone. After I gave him all of my part numbers he became more impatient. Then hung up on me. Horrible service. Don't waste your time calling.

I worked with Jake and B&M for several years. Great tool shop and super friendly!! I was the local Paslode rep and Jake was great to work with!!!
