My first delivery was in January and they damage my item. New unit was suppose to be delivered 3 months later in April 2nd and they keep pushing back. Worst service ever.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. They lost my mattress and told me not to contact the company where I purchased it from. Very unprofessional and not nice on the phone.

Worst experience ever, third attempt to receive mattress we order, and still we don't have it , over a month later. No one calls you back and people working there are not nice.

I was supposed to receive a order on a Monday there excuse was truck broke down. Next delivery date wed LoL there excuse truck broke down. Thur not laughing any more still no show. promised Saturday hasn't happened yet or most likely not. Now there tracking says tuesTue it better be here. as a trucking company they suck

We have been trying to get them to install a microwave for over 20 days. We paid for installation with our order. No one calls you back when they say they will and they have not followed up once. Absolutely horrible. If you have a choice (we did not) DON'T use them. Still trying to resolve the issue with no luck....
