Came and got my photos that I ordered last night and I was rushed off by the photo department telling me to pay at the register. The two gentleman didn’t even ask me how I’m doing, if I needed anything else because they were talking about some girl and not working. Then, I get to the register to check out because I had to pay for my things and get cash back. The red haired cashier was all in my phone, looking at my account balance, asking me so questions making me very uncomfortable and uneasy. I honestly wanted to throw my stuff away and never come back to this place because of the overwhelming amount of uncomfortably I experienced in your store today and I was only in there for 10 minutes. He kept asking me simple questions about my card, my amount, and the things I bought. Making it seem like I didn’t know what I was doing or basic life skills, he said “it’s not letting me do anything, it says tender not accepted. It says pin isn’t accepted” I KNOW THAT! Very annoyed at my experience. Hold a team meeting about respecting customers and their privacy. I have autism and how he was going about things made me very annoyed.

ALWAYS rude and attitude here. This is my closest Walgreens store but I avoid it like the plague. When I do go in, I don’t go in there to be liked, I go in there to shop deals so quite frankly idc if they like me. But I find it odd they don’t like me bc I take advantage of the coupons their company offers. They HATE it! ??♀️ I find it funny honestly lol. Hopefully Corporate will get them together because all the rude workers aren’t a good look or good representation of Walgreens. As for the pharmacy complaints, Just the other day I watched as a guy came in, showed them the txt he had received 10 mins prior that said his prescriptions were ready for pick up. The worker, with an attitude told him “well idk what to tell you the pharmacy is closed today.” On a day the pharmacy should have been open according to their posted hours. No apology just an Attitude! The guy walked out pissed and I don’t blame him. If you happen to take a gamble and trust this pharmacy to fill your prescriptions I’d recommend always calling before wasting your gas to go up there bc as of recently the hours are definitely off. And always be prepared for service that comes with a free side of attitude. ??

So I went In at one for a flu shot a walk in and the go on lunch at 1:30 and they told me they go on lunch and don’t have time …. I work in the medical field if my boss would of seen me turn a patient away like that just over a couple mins for lunch she would of killed me! Really unprofessional never will be going there again !

This place is a rip off they post prices but you have to be a member to get those prices but they don’t tell you that until after you’ve left the store and then when you try to go back and return something to give you all the hassle in the world no wonder their parking lot is empty and I’m surprised they stay in business. Plus they sell Cigarettes, which is an oxymoron being a drug store

Walgreens have a lot of things that you can get when you go there You just have to know what you want and go through the hours and read the signs and and get what you need it's in and out a lot of times cuz by they have registers to self check registers they have two up in the front at the one on Pearl and Middleburg and Middleburg heights and I thought that was very convenient cuz that allowed a ladies to and the gentlemen to do what they have to do on the floor

TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. TOOK ME 20 MIN. TO GET CONNECTED TO PHARMACIST. WAITED ON HOLD AN ADDITIONAL 15 MIN. FINALLY PICKED UP BY A "LIVE" PERSON THAT ASKED ME TO HOLD. FINALLY THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALL. AN IMPORTANT CALL!!TOTALLY IGNORED. I WILL CALL CVS. WALGREENS IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH.

I was being watched by staff. Dude was stirring at me. I needed some icy hot.Then walked up and said can I help you . Then stood there right next to me for a bit. I spent 50 bucks there anyway. I had on sweatpants no way to conceal anything. I'm also in the law enforcement field. You need to do better for your customers

I switched to this pharmacy a month ago from the Parma heights Walgreens and I have never been happier. The Staff are kind and they are problem solvers. Thanks for always being so kind and helpful.

Terrible service now mostly at the pharmacy. No one answers the phone. Drive thru is closed a lot now. This store used to be really good.

I'm not certain why this pharmacy is still in business they're never open. They never answer their phones. They were decent at one time, store is fine but whatever is happening with the pharmacy is ridiculous

Appointment made online only to go to location and the pharmacy is closed. Why allow appointments if you are closed?!?
