Although the staff were very friendly and willing to provide services, they wanted to redirect me in the future for further "preventative" care for my dog. I appreciate the resources, however the reason I brought my dog to VIP Petcare was for a matter that I could not get him into a "regular vet office". I even went ahead and called corporate before I took my dog, to ensure that they had no issues providing services for an ear infection. It was very misleading when I took him there for services of just that and hearing that since my dog suffers from chronic ear infections, we should stick with regular vet visits. It is unclear at this time if they truly want to provide "on the sight" services or just refer me to veterinary offices. This information needs to be more specific if you do not truly welcome "walk-ins" for ear infections that need to be treated but cannot be managed immediately by the vet office.

It’s been over a year since we’ve been at VIP pet care. Went to get our new rescue microchipped. Still greet service and can’t beat the prices. Only thing that threw me off was I had to get an exam for him before they would microchip him and they no longer allow pet parents to be in the room during the exam.

Of the vet and the trenarian technicians very professional they offered us some Services I didn't think of for my dog who has issues with its ears. However the wait was long and evidently people were there earlier and came back back wait was still long and they were turned away as the last appointment is 30 minutes before closing and we left at 7:00 p.m.

This was our first visit to this location. We brought our boy, Baker, in for the canine influenza vaccine. Our boarding facility requires this. The Vet and her staff were very cordial and gave him an exam, shot, some doggy treats and treated us very well. The facility was very clean and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will use them again

BE AWARE-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED 1 HOUR AND 20 MIN. BEFORE BEING TOLD I COULD NOT BE SEEN.
* I was there 2 hours before closing.
*1 person ahead of me in line.
* From the time I arrived they took over 1hr. and 15 min. with 1 dog.
* They came out 40 minutes before closing and said they could not take any more customers.
* they were rude and from what I gather stalling and not wanting to take any more customers.

As a fur mom of many animals, I absolutely love the wellness centers and the traveling vet services. I have a vet for emergencies, but for annual vaccines, quick check ups, concerns, etc, I always take my animals here and have used VIP for 8 years now. I highly recommend them to anyone especially if you’re not trying to break the bank for a vaccine, quick check up, microchip, etc. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable not to mention affordable especially with the rising cost of everything lately.

Thank you VIP Pet!!! Dr Ashley and team did an amazing job with our dog Buddy! Diagnosed his ear infection. Prescribed and filled meds right on site. Charged less than half of standard vet clinics!!!
