I recently visited with my daughter and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff.
The sales associates who assisted were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect phone within my budget.
What truly impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond, we had to leave at one point to pick up my kids and they were so nice to come out of the store to assist me when we came back instead of me having to take my kids inside to complete everything.

Aiden was phenomenal! He is super knowledgeable! If there is anybody that deserves a raise it is DEFINTLY AIDEN! This is the best Verizon store in the Greater Cleveland Area!

Following message is from a couple years ago…glad for change in management.
I’m sitting outside in my car for an hour (t’s 20 degrees but I'm not waiting in the store for a pandemic. One service person is helping only one customer, 15 min later the CUSTOMER apologizes to me that may be awhile. I sit to see how ridiculous this will be 1/2 an hour goes by, and they have no idea how long it will be (w/ same customer). I leave after an hour (same customer, same clerk). Two hours later, I call...still busy (hopefully not w/ same customer). I'm told there is only one clerk on Thurs. I see no one else in the store (customers or people to help me). How does this store (or Verizon) stay in business?
