I'm not sure if this company's phone number has been hijacked or they just continue to call me on different numbers but I've had to block every single one. Now after reading the reviews of how horrible this company is I think I have my answer.....
Today I received another call from this scam company and they claimed I gave them my name and number at a trade show I've not been to a trade show since before the pandemic these guys are scam artists and scumbags...

Enoch, one of their salesmen and salesmanager is a lier. Buyer beware. He admitted to me they are a high pressure one call close commission company.

Second purchase from Unique. Had 5 widows installed. I watched over the installers shoulder and he knew what he was doing. They cleaned up after the work and you never knew they where there. I highlr recommend this company.

Got quotes from a few companies for siding. Unique was the worst at almost DOUBLE the second highest quote. It's the classic tactic of a salesperson coming out and trying to win you over with the hope you won't get other quotes and realize how much you're getting ripped off.I said no then. But they keep calling me. Over and over. I say no each time and sometimes they still try to talk about other services they have. Stop.It's never a good sign when a contractor is this desperate for work.

I had my existing windows installed by Window Systems. I got a letter from Unique saying they would now service current Window Systems customers. So I had a salesman out for a quote on replacement windows, as my windows were more than 30 years old. He took measurements and gave me the usual high pressure sales pitch. I told him not to do the glass/heat lamp demo as I had seen it before. I'm an engineer. I understand infrared transmission thru glass. The bottom line? $40,000 for replacement windows and a sliding glass door! $8000 for the door alone! $4800 for a single window! I explained I was retired and on a fixed income. "Too bad. No discount." Senior citizen? AARP? "Nope". Not even the usual "discount that's only good until I walk out the door." Fast forward one year. I had another window company come out and give me a quote on the same windows and door. The cost? $17,000! Less than half of what Unique wanted! Last month, I had the sliding glass door replaced. Cost? $2500. Less than 1/3 of the cost that Unique quoted me. High prices do not necessarily mean good quality or good workmanship.

The worst company in the area of Ohio they have been back to fix their siding they installed on my home several times it just keeps falling off the house so then put screws on it to hold it up and the siding company that makes it said that that void the warranty and know its time to go to court

This company is horrible! I had a total bathroom remodel. The end results were disturbing and ugly. I had bathroom done at the end of Sept 2022. I am still waiting for them to fix everything. They have tried on several occasions to fix the vanity ( all drawers are crooked)not align as they should. They want to redrill the hole to make the faces of drawers straight but thats it.And in the process of the remodel they bent the pipe on my radiator which is my heat source. The radiator now leaks and ruined the new floor they just laid. At first they were very apologetic and said they would pay for the repairs. Now they are claiming that they didn't do the damage. I have receipts from my hvac company stating they were just out at beginning of Sept for full system inspection and states there were no leaks or bent pipe. Unique homes still will not help resolve the damage they caused. I have a bbb claim at this point but seems useless. This company also offers 100% guarantee that the customer will be completely satisfied or they refund the sale price - wrong - they do not stand behind their work or guarantees. These are only a couple of main issues and there is a Ling list of repairs due to poor workmanship they did.This company is not consumer friendly, once they have your money - they are done with you & don't care if their services are horrible.Run away from this company... I would attach photos if possible so you can see my nightmares from this company.

RUN RUN RUN! He talks a good game but doesn't deliver! No stars for the jerk that owns the business. Did a bathroom and laundry room. Didn't get the tub I wanted door flaps in the breeze, lights don't all work! The paint he uses is shit and doesn't wipe up like he assured me it would! Can't have both doors open on my washer and dryer. I could go on but why bother. He is not a stand up kinda guy!

We have utilized Unique’s services twice now, for a bathtub/bathroom remodel and full home window installation project. The level of quality of workmanship and products are second to none! Not only is the service provided in a timely manner, but it done so effectively and efficiently! I try to do most of my home projects myself, but for larger projects I only refer to Unique Home Solutions! I would recommend this company to anyone—even my own family!Services: Bathtub refinishing

I had a bathroom remodeled. I was sold on the fact the they offered total satisfaction and a life time warranty. After the remodel was nearly finished I found that the salesman was no longer with the company and that the work that I thought would be completed, wasn't going to get finished...so I was stuck with a half finished bathroom and a large renovation bill. I called the company to see if they would correct problem. I was told that service manager would contact me.( this was in November 2022). AS of this date (January 20, 2023..I haven't heard from their service manager....

There was an eight-month delay in this project waiting for another construction company to install a new roof. When I finally let them know that the roof was finished, they came to the job site and installed the gutters in a day and a half. I really appreciate the accommodation to my needs and the timely response when notified. BYT - It has been raining for the past 12 hours and the new gutters are performing flawlessly.
