I want to give absolute credit to this place. My daughter had a big surgery last Sept and these wonder people squeezed her in the day before surgery. My daughter felt so pampered. We loved everything from the atmosphere, kindness and warm welcomes. Thank you tease salon you are highly recommended!

Update added: As you’ll see with most of the negative reviews, the owner loves to blame the customer in each one, love that, and it’s always a reflection of the type of business they are. I did not keep changing my mind mid way in the process ma’am. In fact, your stylists were talking about how surprised they were at how well it was lifting, so I thought things were on track. I was given no indication that we weren’t going to do what was discussed until they were pulling foils out of my head. And of course I would’ve liked more then 10 rushed minutes to figure out what color I now have to live with instead of what I was quoted for. And even then the stylist couldn’t deliver a simple full color process. Didn’t bother to check the students work until she was washing my hair, and thought a couple extra minutes on the missed spots would somehow blend with the rest of my head.
Why would I call the location to discuss, you got plenty of my money (over 500$ for Supercuts quality work) and time - I’ve got none left for you - sorry! Just hope my honest review will save someone else’s wallet!

Meh. Have gone to this salon a handful of times for a decent cut, but coming in for color was a mistake. I thought scheduling a consultation would ensure the stylist could achieve what I wanted or discuss options with what was achievable. The stylist seemed very confident, even said she was excited and asked to take “before” photos (spoiler alert - there would be no “after” photos requested… lol). But as soon as my hair was processed, I was explicitly told there was no way we could do what we had planned. Ok… really sucks to have wasted both of our time (hoursss because I have A LOT of hair) and to pay $$$ for my whole head to be lightened just to have the whole strategy shut down. I completely understand that there is no way to control how the hair lifts and you can only work with whatever you can get to, but a little bit of problem solving skills and suggestions would’ve been nice. Instead I got pretty much nothing and was rushed into looking at a bunch of dark permanent dyes to put on top of my newly orange head, as if it was my fault we were short on time and a plan. On top of rushing me to restrategize, my stylist had a student help her apply the dark color, which was fine but I expected the stylist will monitor the student’s work. Instead I have a head of half dark brown hair and the other half is a lighter brown with orange splotches showing through. I wanted to laugh so hard when the receptionist asked me if I wanted to schedule a follow up. Y’all had two chances to process my hair nicely and you missed lol. Just wanted to share for anyone that wants to avoid sloppy work!

got my hair done on on 3-30-24 and when I say she chopped my she chopped it my hair was all the way down my back like right above my butt and now it to my shoulders and the color was not even call and told them I was not happy so they have me come back to fix it on 4-11-24 they fixed it by making me leave with my hair soaking Wet how is someone supposed to see if you fixed the mess up when their hair is still soaking wet not to mention they were very rube about their mess up did not make me feel comfortable at all I will never go back and would never recommend and still hate my hair and still a million different color

This was over 2 years ago and I’m STILL so mad that I’m writing this review. A stylist named Melissa was incredibly rude and took significantly longer on my hair than anyone ever has. She left my pink in so long that it was almost purple. She put it on and said she would be back in 20 minutes. She was gone for well over an hour doing something else. She also put it halfway up my hair instead of just on the ends. She INSISTED on styling and taking pictures even though she took 5-6 hours on my hair for touching up a balayage and adding a vivid color. I was late to work due to this. She also charged me $475 for my hair. FOR A BALAYAGE TOUCH UP AND PINK????? My FRESH balayage was $180 at a different salon. She then blamed ME because I said I have no budget in mind. I was okay with different pricing, but who on earth would ever expect over double the price when she only had to touch up my roots. She charged for a full highlight and full balayage (which is a type of highlight) because my hair was grown out about an inch and a half. I would’ve been fine with one or the other, but not both. I don’t even know why the hell i paid. She then also asked if I wanted to buy special shampoo. With what money? Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I know a lot of people might say I’m exaggerating, but the prices and time points are absolutely accurate.
Btw: I didn’t leave a review then because my friend referred me and was still going there. I didn’t want her good experience to turn negative. She also quit going though due to the insane prices
To respond: I spoke directly with the stylist after and she basically told me that the pricing was what you charge in store. Also seeing other reviews you seem to prefer giving credits for a next visit rather than money back. I definitely did not want to come back after my experience.

I loved it here! Victoria did such a wonderful job and asked so many questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted! Everyone was so nice there and very affordable!

Bri has been cutting my hair for about a year now and she's just been the best - I've never loved my hair as much as when she cuts it. She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and has really helped keep my hair healthy and beautiful.

Taylor did a nice job and the Salon is decorated very tastefully! I got my hair cut and colored and highlights. I would definitely recommend this place

I visited with Tori and she did my hair. She gave me some spunky hair to go along with her personality. She's really sweet and listens to what you want and then makes it happen. I will be back as my hair continues to grow out!

I went to Tease Salon in Middleburg Hts. Ohio, on the day of my wedding July 17th 2021, for a hairstyle and makeup, and it was nothing but a huge waste of money! The stylist I had clearly didn't know what she was doing. I wanted a "formal down" hairstyle, and she curled it, and used lots of hairspray, and by the time she was done, in less than ah hour, my hair was completely flat again! And she did a lousy job with the makeup, she was complaining that my eyelashes were too small, which is ridiculous, ?? so I ended up having to do the mascara myself, I should've done it ALL myself, cause at the end of the night, when me & my husband came home from the reception, I went to remove the makeup, using cold cream and tissue, and NOTHING came off on the kleenex! So I payed this woman to literally do NOTHING to my face!!!! I can't believeI I even tipped her, I shouldn't have even payed her, because I could have done a better job myself! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! ?

I actually felt compelled to write this review because it's almost exactly two months after my last cut and I think I might like it now even more than when I first got it done. It's literally a random Thursday afternoon, I have no make up on, I barely touched my hair after my shower and I still feel so beautiful. The way that Tori cuts my hair makes it so that every stage of it growing out looks perfect. They are such a master of texture and it can be especially hard with short hair to get it just right. I can't thank them enough and I need the world to know how good they are!! They are also such a delight to see every time, honestly everyone in the salon is so kind whenever I come by. I used to get so anxious about haircuts but I always feel super welcomed at Tease and especially in Tori's chair. I almost want to gatekeep them because I don't want them to be too booked and busy but it feels like it would be a disservice to everyone else. If you really love texture and you usually feel like your hair is too flat or like your waves are being held down by the weight GIVE TORI A SHOT! They are so good about talking you through the process and really making the cut collaborative so that you get exactly what you want. They also offer quiet cuts if, like me, you have some social anxiety so that there is no pressure to be "on" and you can really luxuriate in the process!

I called for a last minute haircut and they were able to accommodate me right away. Kelsey did a fantastic job on my hair. It is exactly what I had hoped for. She, and the rest of the staff, were so sweet.
