Tough table! I use mine daily considering that I am bed bound. The table holds A lot! I have a small tv on it and a bunch of other stuff I keep so it's all handy! I highly recommend this table. My only wish is that there was a table that was longer! Like maybe a foot longer, for bariatric beds.

Every single one of the four ice packs leaked after moderate use over six months. Even after emailing the company, this issue had not been corrected as of six months ago. And there was no response or acknowledgement.

I purchased a device from Roscoe Medical (recently changed to Compass Health) through a company called Scrip Hessco - I was covered under a 2 year warranty for a ~$1000 medical device that I use in my practice. I contacted Scrip Hessco and Roscoe/Compass Health before my warranty had ended. Initially after my machine began malfunctioning multiple times, I called in and told them my issues. I immediately received an email from a Scrip Hessco representative that they were going to send me a new machine on behalf of Roscoe/Compass Health. A week later I was told that that was not happening and the specialists at Roscoe/Compass Health will speak to me. After running in circles with an uninformed representative named Beth who told me I need to send my machine to Ohio for repairs, but would not provide a replacement (AKA I cannot work for an extended period of time without this machine, my practice relies on it). After refusing to help me she came to the conclusion that I need new lead wires, which is a lie and is incorrect (I took several physics of electronics classes, enough to know that the machine is the issue and not the lead wires). After this, they refused to acknowledge and honor my warranty. I also let them know that there was extensive hardware damage on a machine that was gently used (most all of the faceplate and buttons had cracked and fallen apart - again, this is after two years of gentle use). Roscoe/Compass Health told me that they refuse to honor my warranty and ceased to try and help me. I contacted Scrip Hessco again to help rectify this situation - they told me that they will special order a faceplate from Roscoe and send to my office for free. 2 weeks later I received an email that this shipment was cancelled. This is all happening over a period of 6 months, meaning they purposefully drew this situation out so that they don't have to honor the warranty on a very expensive machine. Today I received a call from Gil, who manipulatively said that my warranty is 6 months over and that he can't send me lead wires - AGAIN... lead wires are not the issue. Overall, Roscoe Medical/Compass Health has been an incredible thorn in my side. They are manipulative, divisive, and unwilling to help their customers. They will not compensate me for their poorly manufactured product and have trained their representatives to manipulate their customers. Awful service, their company should go out of business, especially since they manufacture defective medical products. Shame on Roscoe/Compass.

Very disappointed in the quality of the product purchased from an online CPAP supplier. The product was distributed by Roscoe Medical. I purchased their Easy-Flex 6' CPAP Tubing in mid-August 2018. Just 6 months ago to replace a ResMed hose that had lasted for 3 1/2 years. The Easy-Flex 6' CPAP Tubing collapsed last night cutting off the airflow. At first I thought there had been a power cut but on closer inspection I found that the hose had come away from the stiff outer spiral that keeps the hose from collapsing. I would not waste money on this product. Unfortunately it is made in China but the packaging doesn't say who manufactured it or I would have reviewed them. Roscoe is the name on the bag and the ones who profited from this poor quality item so they need to accept the responsibility and hopefully find a better supplier.

This company is suspect and fraudulent, to say the least. Beware. The product I purchased with "safety features," was the worst decision of my life. In a heartbeat, I went from a horse trainer teaching therapeutic riding who choose to have elective foot surgery to ensure a short "down time," so I could return to what I and others considered important, even life saving work, to a disabled, changed forever person, all due to a faulty product: the rolling knee walker with brakes and steering. The steering malfunctioned, and flipped over, throwing me into the air resulting in a hideous fall, shattering both my hip and femur. I want no other human to experience such debilitating pain and left forever handicapped, which is my reality. My purpose in life was to safe lives through equine therapy. Rather, I am unable to resume. Please do not purchase products from this company. When I reported the incident,describing the design flaw, they did not take any responsibility whatsoever and refused to listen to my critique of the design flaw. Their heartless response indicated to me, they have no interest is helping people. Making money, no matter what the cost to those whose lives are eternally altered supersedes any genuine concern for the disabled. Wendy Dasconb Bryan. Chapel Hill NC
