Love my new windows. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen anytime anywhere any place. My home had the original 1 pane windows in it and now with these new windows in place I can already tell a big difference inside my home. With it being hot outside my home is staying cooler now on the inside. Everyone that I talked with and worked with at Renewal by Andersen are respectful, caring, friendly and professional.

We get 2-8 advertisements by mail for this company on a weekly basis (received 8 just today! all the same). Tried to call the number listed for the "deal" which said the deal wasn't good in my area. This is in spite of the quote on the letter, "While replacing windows and doors in your neighborhood recently"...and so on. Trying to call to either speak to a human, or leave a voicemail, was dismal. I can't imagine going with a company like this. Sure you can push an absurd amount of paper around town, but I got disconnected 3 times from the numbers provided (only trying to ask them to stop mailing or leave a voicemail asking the same thing). Windows are expensive. If I purchased windows from them, and something goes wrong, I would want to know that the company I chose is accessible by phone on the 1st try, and doesn't needlessly waste paper sending promos to areas that don't qualify.

This was the third and final stage of replacing our whole house windows. The crew was the same as the other two stages. It was worth the wait. Great work and thanks for everything.
