I was here twice this past week and both phlebotomists seemed friendly and competent. Waiting room was average. Both times I was called in in 5 minutes or less. (I had an appointment)
I really don't get the complaints about the building... I'd call it somewhat vintage but not dark or creepy lol. It gave me nostalgia for my college. As for finding it, just make sure you pass building 1 and you're at building 2. I enter at the semi-spanish porte-cochere and use the stairwell immediately on the right, but there's 2 elevators beyond the second set of doors. Floor 3, end of the hall. There are signs, but the sign was on the floor when I visited.

I love how efficient the process is for scheduling and checking in. The tech who did my bloodwork was friendly and professional too.

The person who took care of me at my visit was very friendly and nice to talk to. I am sorry I cannot remember her name but she deserves to be complimented for the way she interacts with patients a job well done.

As the other comments mentioned, it is a bit tricky to find this location. I does give a bit of a scary vibe when you're on your way up. BUT this is a diamond in a rough. I had to take a urine drug test and the woman who helped me was kind and inviting. We chatted for a bit about parenthood and it was nice to have a "personal conversation" in a "professional" environment. If you can get passed the way to get there it's not that bad

Building was unmarked, not even an address on it. Waited 45 minutes for scheduled appointment. Waiting room was hot and tv played same thing over and over. waiting room was gloomy and not inviting.

The white woman was quite cold & "snippy" towards the African-American woman that she was either supervising and/or training, making me feel pretty uncomfortable since I take such rude behaviors very seriously.

I couldn't find the building. I had to drive all over then when I thought I found the building I had to get out of the car went to building 1 which was wrong. I had to walk through the back parking lot down a driveway to a back building that looked abandoned. Building was very old dark scarey. I will find another lab to draw blood. That was crazy. Need to shut it down find a new office space. Please give directions in the email. Is quest even legit?

I had a mandatory screening and made my appointment 4 days in advance. They sent me a notice of cancelation 2 hours prior to my appointment due to "building maintenance". This is the second location that I have been unable to attend an appointment due to miscommunication and mismanagement. I am over this company.

I do not know the name of the woman who attempted to take my blood on 2/3, but I wish I did. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond, and her kindness. I signed myself up for a medical research experiment, which requires my blood and every possible sample from me. I have near impossible veins to draw blood from, so at no fault of the woman, we did not have success. Most people do not listen when I tell them about my veins and turn me into a pin cushion. She listened to me and didnt just jab me. Not only did she listen, she set me up an appointment at another location that she thought may be better able to draw from me. Furthermore, I accidentally left part of my box needed for my sample collection. When I arrived today at the new location, the new woman told me that it was left and the woman from Middleburg drove it to their location. How awesome! She could have either discarded it, forgot about me, or made me go get it, but she took time out of her day to drop it off! Thank you!

This place is abysmal at best. The building is confusing to find, and dreary. The building itself is actually very darkly lit and overall unclean / unmaintained. The quest office itself is as equally abysmal. I was kept waiting well after my appointment time when I arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Would never come back to this location.

Maps will take you to Building 1- Suite 101 occasionally. This is not the Building opposite to South West Hospital near the Road. There is a one more building Suite 102 behind. Front entrance was closed when I went. There is a rear entrance. Take the elevator, 3rd Floor, upon exiting the Elevator and take a right. Building and Elevator looked bit Spooky though when i visited. :). I did not have have any issues with the services provided though at Quest Labs. The location was slightly tricky to find and the entire place was bit deserted.
