Don't use the drive through! Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged only to be told they'd be with me shortly! This seems to be the norm for this branch.

I've never had a problem with this branch. Sure, sometimes you have to wait but that's everywhere nowadays. They do their very best to keep things moving . The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I've had my account with PNC for years and I wouldn't change it for anything. Thank you for the friendly service!

April and Miranda are rude and discriminatory. Gave me a hard time about making a payment. I never had trouble making a payment prior to dealing with these two clowns ?. I’ll be sure not to do anymore business with PNC because of them.

Horrible customer service in drive thru on 10/14/23 at 12:30. Teller acknowledged my presence but then I waited 15 min just to make a payment! Now I remember why I stopped going to this branch.

I have been banking here for years, and this place is a constant headache. They never have enough tellers, and the head teller is always so smug and rude to everyone. Expect 20 minutes minimum on any in bank transaction. Today I watched 3 tellers take 15 minutes to help one person IN THE DRIVE THROUGH, while a line of 10 people grew. I...loathe...this...location.

This was a good bank until I started receiving credit card solicitation every week in my mailbox which is a waste of paper considering I do my banking electronically and it goes right into my trash anyway. And I have already attempted twice to remove my name but now required to do so by mail.

Came in and told the staff I needed a notary stamp, they had me sit and wait 15 min just to tell me they won’t stamp my paper because I’m not a customer. I wouldn’t be so mad if they guy didn’t ask me why I came in and then had me wait so long. He should’ve asked me if I was a member before wasting my time. Would never bank here.

Had to wait here for two hours to get a new debit card next time going somewhere else deserve a half star not even a whole star except I didn’t get to choose a half star

Only one teller working, having to stop waiting on customers to handle other banking business, long line behind me. The other teller was walking around trying to convince customers to use the ATM instead of waiting for help at the counter per managers instructions. Manager was in the back training the new manager and was obviously not concerned about her customers. This is my moms bank and every time I go there I have to wait. I’m looking to move her accounts to a more customer friendly bank. My time is valuable.

Just tried to get money for car . They refused to give me my hard earned money. They said they don’t have cash anymore and won’t give it to me. Waited to receive call from management they called but left no message. Don’t use this bank. Been with them for many years. Union will be notified they are not giving us our money from savings. Awful treatment, the man was very aggressive like negotiating terms . Holding my money hostage.

I had to finalize the closing for my mother's account. Was greeted very kindly. Then I needed to have Driver's License and a credit card. He was very kind and it only took a few minutes.

Friendly, helpful & secure service. Have seen them handle security issues in a way that made me feel more secure as a customer in these times with fraud going around. I was not the person that came in without their info but was happy with the way it was handled. Handled in a thorough, stern but friendly way.

Could not give a worse rating! Doesn't matter if you go inside or thru the drive thru! Plan on spending 20-30 mins in line. Regardless if there is anyone in line before you! Slowest of the slow!

I came in to do a wire transfer the staff did not help me at all and i left with more questions than answers!!! The person helping me told me i didn't not have enough information yet did not tell me what else i needed.
