Had an Amazon delivery scheduled to be dropped off between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. Got home at 2:00 pm only to see that the items had already been delivered. There was also supposed to be a signature required at delivery, yet there was none. Not the biggest of problems, but still noteworthy that the scheduled delivery times mean nothing to them.

I have a return from Amazon that Pilot was supposed to pick up 6/1 and were a no show. Called Amazon to reschedule another pick up from Pilot and they were to show up today 6/7 between 12-4 and again, no show. This company is quite unreliable. Revised... they just picked it up. Didn't knock. Just picked it up and left. So much for needing to be here to sign?

Ordered a bathroom vanity through Lowe's and the solo delivery driver dropped the vanity on a snowy icy day but didn't say anything to us. Several days later after our flooring was installed we opened the box only to have a cracked sink. Our adult daughter who was home said she saw the delivery driver drop the box. One guy to deliver a single sink vanity???? Lowe's returned that vanity and we ordered a second one on March 11th with scheduled delivery March 21st per Pilot tracking. We were never contacted to set up delivery arrangements. The vanity arrived in our hometown on March 19th and per tracking history customer refused delivery on March 20th. I contacted pilot myself to find out why and was told they made a decision to not deliver. Since I'm the paying customer I demanded pictures. TJ is not customer friendly at all and should not be taking calls. As the paying customer I should have been at least notified by pilot

Never called to schedule delivery although the tracking says they did. Delivered a 75” tv with just 1 delivery guy. Caught him dragging it laying face down up my stairs to my porch. Ridiculous quality delivery service

All these bad reviews made me worried, but I didn't have any dramatic issues. I ordered a modular couch 11/14 and it came today 11/29, as expected based on the 'appointment' on the email and I called earlier today to confirm. The only issue was originally some of the couch was supposed to be delivered last week and it didn't come that day so I called and i got to talk someone very quickly who said I could have my whole couch delivered 11/29 which worked out. Another issue was that when I checked my tracking it said one shipment was lost for some reason which made me nervous since the item is out of stock but I received it all today. Overall a decent experience, especially compared to these horror stories. The people on the phone were nice and the delivery person put everything my garage like I asked.

HORRIBLE! Delivery was set up for a 30 minute call ahead. I received a call saying they are outside the house waiting. Told them I could be there in 15 minutes because I never got a call. Told they would wait 15 minutes. Arrived in 14 minutes to them being gone. Never passed on the street or anything. Called in and was told they are going to try to get them back out at the end of the day to wait by the phone. At worst, they would come the next day. Never received a call. Had to call back in myself, only to be told that they cannot come back till Saturday. Contacting Best Buy direct and cancelling order. RUDE and horrible, lying customer service reps.

The first shipment was damaged. They returned it then and there with no hassle! The reorder was great. The driver and myself worked together at getting the item in the house! Great service!

I notice some bad reviews on here how ever this is my first time using the service and everything went perfect and the driver was on time with my item. Fragile "carbon fiber hood" no damage at all! Packaging was in good condition aswell.

It says customer service is 24/7 but I’ve been on hold for an hour. My delivery was pushed back 3 days and not the rescheduled day is here and still no delivery. I’m unable to speak with anyone. I’m so upset!!! I can just bet my tv will be damaged !!!!

If I could rate them below a 1 I would. The service is lousy, was told multiple delivery dates and felt like I was a criminal because I wanted them to live up to what they said. The employee, TJ, that I talked to put on a show giving me their customer service number and it wasn't theirs. This shipment has been the worst ever. Can't possibly be worse if it came by pack animal out of the Sahara desert.

Terrible experience and if I could give them less than 1 star I would. I ordered a couch in which Pilot Freight was to deliver. My first scheduled delivery I was told my couch got routed to a different state so I had to wait an additional week for delivery. When my couch finally got delivered I was told they do not deliver up steps, only curbside so my couch was dropped off IN THE SNOW OUTSIDE, for me to figure out how to get a 400lb couch up the steps. I spoke to the company prior to them delivering the couch and they never stated this information, even with my address clearly having an apartment number. They were very unprofessional and had no remorse at all that my couch was left outside. Would absolute not recommend using Pilot Freight, and just from the other reviews I see I am not the only one with an experience of such.

had a scheduled pick up no one showed or called to let me know. I called at 530 my window was from 1-5 the representative told me their was no scheduled pick up even tho on line when I checked earlier I was their. I understand COVID 19 but some one could have called me to let me know no one was coming and me wasting my day will not do business with this company.

Ordered a playground set for Christmas for my 16 month old. Firstly, Walmart completely messed up my order and sent it back before I could even pick it then I had to have it delivered from the distribution center because there weren’t anymore in the area. Except now the only date was the day AFTER Christmas. And unfortunately they use this awful company. I’ve tried to call 3 times to schedule this delivery to make sure I get it on the promised date. Each time I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes before it sends you to a voicemail with no callback. I just want to make sure my son will get his Christmas present without anymore problems.

Horrible experience! I am a disabled veteran that ordered a 400 lb. Pool table and the delivery people refused to bring it in the house. They claimed that the delivery was a basic delivery and could only leave the wooden pool table in the rain outside. The pool table is like furniture! Who delivers furniture outside of the home?! Very poor service!
