Received a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).
I wish I could remember the 3 names of the employees).

Anytime I go to Petco for Dog Grooming or Shopping items, always Friendly Faces willing to help. I enjoy going to a place that makes you feel welcome and important. The Entire Staff is Amazing and Sierra my Groomer is Fabulous!!! All the Groomers are but she knows my Yogi and his needs!!! Well Done Petco Staff!!

My long-haired senior cat Sweetie Pie was in desperate need of a Sani-trim. She was having a difficult time even using her litter box. I called on Tuesday morning in hopes they would have an availability that day which they did at 2 PM. I brought Sweetie Pie there and Alexis was such a sweetheart! She really treated her as though she was the only animal that she had to groom. Sweetie pie's fur was so matted and knotted because she hadn't been letting me groom her lately. Alexis and Sierra went so far above and beyond to make sure that she was shaved down and the knots removed. When it was all over Alexis told me that she almost threw in the towel because Sweetie Pie was getting agitated. But she knew she needed it so she forged ahead and finished the job. Sweetie Pie felt like a million bucks afterwards! She's going back for a full grooming next week. These women are outstanding! You can tell they care about animals and the job that they do. Thanks Alexis and Sierra for a job well done!

We are going to Petco Middleburg Heights and working with Alda the professional human trainer :) Alda is helping us and our 8 month old puppy to learn the correct commands. Alda has helped us to use the right words to get "Tank" to do what WE want. It is a challenge for a couple of seniors to take on but with Alda's help we will have a great buddy.

The cashier didn't greet me or look me in the eye. Then she added a $2 charge for a donation without asking me if I wanted too. I find that to be rude, and taken advantage of. I don't know if she is being told to do this by management or not but it should be addressed. The store I go to is in Middleburg hts. Ohio

Just another bad experience… went into the store knowing what fish I wanted. Waited for 30 min to be helped then got scolded because they were closed. The girl couldn’t get the fish then said I can’t get this fish out of the tank so can you come back another day because the store was closed. On a different note, their saltwater tanks look HORRIBLE - full of algae, dead snails and sick fish. Ick

Customer service is a 0/10. They denied me buying product, which I’m still not 100% why. Nevertheless I’ll focus on Laura the store manager assuming she’s the person who should be the most informative and reflective for the company. She was rude and dismissive. I talked to cooperate and I will be having a conversation with the GM hopefully me and my family will get the issue resolved, become better informed with what needs to take place for purchasing and treated like customers should be treated.

The service, cost, and availability of products here are abysmal. 10-20$ for products shown on their website only to be found for $60-$100 here.
