6885 Southland Dr, Middleburg HeightsReceived a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).
I wish I could remember the 3 names of the employees).
