My band was leaving for some travel shows and I got a nail in the tired the night before, called NTB in Middleburg Hts and they got me in and out first thing in the morning, totally saved us. And it did not cost me an arm and a leg, very grateful for their help.

The manager Chris was so incredibly nice ! I was having an issue with my sensor after having them change my tires and he had the part there within 15 minutes and fixed it right up for me. Thank you so much !!!

I had to have my car towed there, my tire would not hold air. I was promptly greeted outside by Chris (the manager). He offered me (and the tow truck driver) water, and let me know he’d meet me inside after my car had been unloaded.
My lug nuts were quite difficult to get off, and I needed new ones (something NTB doesn’t carry). Chris was not only able to remove the old, he was able to find the new ones (10) that I needed; I also got a great deal on my tires. All in all, it was a pleasant experience Thank you Chris!

Made an appointment to address a tire leak. T found the problem (a screw) and sent me on my way in 45 minutes. Quality service as always.
