The new provider Craig is amazing! He really knows his stuff! If you need hearing aids or even help with your current hearing aids I recommend going to see him. The office lady Therese is also very kind and helpful. She really goes out of her way to help.

Fred was very friendly and eager to help. Theresa seemed cold and inexperienced in customer service. When he asked her to come out of back room to help she seemed annoyed we bothered her. I’ll see how long it takes to get my repair before I make any more decisions.

Update: Mona the regional manager contacted me and was able to provide an excellent solution.…………Made appointment to get hearing checked but it was not put that way on calendar so there was no time and only aids were checked. Friendly people but disappointed I didn’t get scheduled for what I made appointment for***update. Been about 2 weeks. Hearing aids are useless. After he adjusted them end of February they are worse than ever. I don’t usually complain about services but I have another 3 years to pay on these and it is frustrating to wear them and still not hear. Waiting for company response

After trying most of the internet brand hearing aids and returning them for reasons of bad fit, low quality speakers, I am so happy to have found My Hearing Center ! Alex took the time to check both ears and after evaluating my hearing loss gave me his recommendation. It’s been six months and I don’t even realize they are in my ear! I hear all the sounds I hadn’t heard in years! Thank you Alex and My Hearing Center!

Excellent office. Very helpful. Awesome watching my 83 yr old dads face light up when he could hear correctly for the 1st time in a long time. Medicare won't help pay for them so we had to leave without the hearing aids.

The provider Alex was extremely rude perhaps he is better if you purchase his $1250 package on top of the cost of the hearing aids. I would not recommend them if you go through an insurance provider.
