“I went to this store and was helped by the associate named Rob. He was absolutely an amazing person. His customer service and overall knowledge of products and services are exemplary! He was patient and went through my account and saved me money. He also explained all my questions without complaint. I've been back twice with more questions and upgrades, and each time I went when he was there because he gave the best service.
I've never had great experiences with the employees or customer service until I met him. I will always make sure to go only when he is there. He is very personable and doesn't sales pitch you. Rob is the best associate AT&T has.”
