“Great staff always willing to help me reconnect my I phone watch cuz the iPhone store had to a hard reset which sucked cuz I lost over 5,000 photos! Hopefully when I go up there again I get same friendly Verizon guy to reconnect my watch ! Thks and god bless you all !!”

I told him that I didn’t need all the bells and whistles because I’m not the most tech passionate persons and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. “This is by far the best store in Ohio! I walked in and asked Kenn to sale me on a phone (meaning… telling me about all the perks, positive's and negative’s) Kenn showed me 3 different types of iPhones… & explained the pros and cons) he had so much patience and answered all the questions that I had! Kenn also informed me on the other accessories that I could add to my plan for very little cost. Which was my new Apple Watch and iPad! I walked out of there paying less than 200 for the newest iPhone, newest Apple Watch and a iPad! You can’t beat these specials or customer service! These guys even found a way to get me a phone case and tablet case! #1 in customer service and support. Thank you again Kenn, you’ll forever be my go to guy when it comes to my phone or any other electronic devices.”

“Came in with 2 iphones. One needed service for a month & the other needed a new battery. Got service hooked up on the one phone instantly & for under $20.The other phone we weren't so lucky with, after replacing the battery the phone was still being weird & CB, the employee that helped us really did everything he could to diagnose the issue & fix it. The phone was trash, but I am very happy with the CB & his hard work. This is the only place I will take my phones when we have issues, they are trustworthy & quick. Highly recommend!”

“Mike was the gentleman helping me and he did a fantastic job setting me up with a phone upgrade. I went in there looking for a higher end phone but he was realistic on what I should get considering the person on my plan that it was for. Instead of trying to make a few extra dollars he was realistic and considered what was in my best interest. He was also very respectful and professional. Seeing as the Metro store in Brunswick closed a while back I've had to find other stores to go to. I'm glad I decided to try this location. While I was there he was also able to set me up with an Internet modem and I was able to get their new Internet in home wifi. Great experience”

“I recently visited with my daughter and had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff.
The sales associates who assisted were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect phone within my budget.
What truly impressed us was their willingness to go above and beyond, we had to leave at one point to pick up my kids and they were so nice to come out of the store to assist me when we came back instead of me having to take my kids inside to complete everything.
