Late response for inquiry about leasing an apartment. Since Summer I've only received a email about scheduling a tour now (3 months later).

Infested with stink bugs. Very outdated. Parking limited and not regulated leaving residents with no free parking mainly in the evening hours. Dumpster truck comes through around 530 am. Prepare to be jolted from your sleep. Rent increases significantly each year.

Moved in and only had two minor things to be fixed. Turned in the request at 10am and it was fixed before 1. Staff is does a good job and is very friendly.
