Hello there I arrived at the . They told me that they weren't going to be able to see me cuz there were people before me and they were closing at 7:30 my doctor is going to be very upset to hear about this this is not an ER type of visit or else I would go to the ER . I guess the doctors and nurses at the November health clinic on Friday January 12th had something better to do tonight then treat people who are sick that come to them November clinic on Pearl Road in Middleburg Heights at around 6:30 p.m. I was taken in for triage and I have 102 ° plus degree fever with chills and I told them that I'm a teacher and strep has been going around

Was seen @Urgent Care almost immediately after arriving. They provided excellent service. I was in great pain, so they sent me elsewhere to get an X-ray bcuz their tech went home for the day. YES, will highly recommend n will return again in the future. Minus star though bcuz the guy @front desk of bldg was NOT so nice to me (not @Urgent Care front desk); highly recommend to send him to Customer Service Training.

I like this center because it is close, it is clean, and the staff are nice enough. I haven't had any problems and all appointments were on time. My doctor works out of several Metrohealth facilities but this one is the closest for my needs.

Saw a doctor on Wednesday for a routine scan, got horrible test results DROPPED INTO MY CHART with no explanation on Friday morning, tried to call and message all day with no response, am now waiting until Monday when they open again to even consider talking to someone, freaking out about my health.

Lab nurses are some of the least friendly people. There are a coupe kind ones but quite a few are B's

I don't know about you, but by the time I seek out and Urgent Care location I'm either feeling super lousy from being sick or I have something worrisome enough to demand quick and comforting attention. After 5+ visits to this location after the past several years, I will be finding a new Urgent Care location the next time I need services. First, the check in desk staff could benefit form using a little bit (a lot) more discretion. The check in desk is not even 8 feet from the nearest patient waiting area seat. Every time I've gone in the first thing they ask is why you want to be seen and they repeat it back to you. If this is for something like a cold, maybe not so uncomfortable. If this is for something even a little bit more personal it can be an awkward situation. The last time I was here was January 2020 and I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. I know that flu season has hit us hard this year but when I finally got back for my check in there were three nurses in the room to ask me what was wrong and take my blood pressure. A 2 hour wait to even get back to a room is a little long in my opinion. The nurses in that room were then complaining about who was on break and where they were placed for their shift. Just not a tasteful experience. They talked more to each other about the annoying parts of their days and how they wanted to leave than me, the patient, who needed care. By the time I saw a doctor she walked in with a student with no ask if I was okay with him being there or not. I've never had an experience where I am not asked for permission. The doctor was with me for less than three minutes. She cut me off while I was talking, asked for details I had just given that she didn't hear because she was talking over me, and she said I was fine just by looking in my eyes and at my throat. It was a very rushed and unsettling interaction at a time when you're looking for answers and comfort. Other occasions I've been here and haven't experienced the rudeness and urgency, but I have always gotten a nurse practitioner who is always VERY timid. It reminds me of like a first job out of med school location. If you need a quick drug test or something in and out you might be fine. If you are sick or have real concerns you should probably go somewhere else. I know all Urgent Cares have a degree of urgency and being impersonal but this place is a little over the top. No customer service or client care, very much focused on getting people out ASAP.

I agree with the other review that the staff was very helpful. But the billing is ATROCIOUS. I was making payments, had one of their operators call me and tell me I needed a payment plan. I said, "Sure, how is 10.00 a month?" He said, oh that would be fine, I said "Perfect! I've been paying 50.00 so that would be great!" He came back and said, "Oh yes, I see you are making payments, don't worry about it" Two weeks later I get a letter saying the account will go to collections if I don't make arrangements. I call to do that, and offer 20 a month, and the operator says that "isn't company policy, it has to be paid off in three months or it will be sent to collections." I explained it was from an out of state vehicle accident, and I had to wait on the insurance. he said it didn't matter. Then on top of that, their staff AT THE LOCATION told me I had been being overcharged for my co-pay, the first operator I spoke with agreed I had been overcharged for two of my co-pays, but this operator said no, there isn't an overcharge and therefore no credit. So their own staff can't agree-my suggestion? If you don't like the answer you get, call back and get a different one. I however, will be seeing who else takes my insurance because this place is not professional and runs like a nursery school.

Although the staff was very friendly at this hospital, the administrators who run this hospital system are the complete opposite. When it comes to billing, the transparency is so awful, and it is so hard to get a straight answer. The administrators for Metrohealth will do anything to charge hidden fees, and when you get your bill, these fees are outrageous. It costs over $300 to see one of their doctors at this Middleburg Heights Hospital! Very sad.

I was in the emergency room, since 9 PM still here its 12:23am I was stuck with a needle to draw blood but I couldn't believe how the nurse missed veins, I have excellent veins , good hospital but they have to be more aware of what they are doing, one needle shot out, if it was in my veins I would have been in a lot of trouble

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced!!!! They keep me on hold for at least 10 mins before I can talk with someone then transfer me to all the wrong people. It's impossible for them to receive documents from other insurance companies or schools and they prolong scheduling appointments so that they can charge more money. I've been with them for over 2 and a half years now and have gone through hell and back just for getting simple Depo Provera shots and they can't even manage to efficiently do that. Looking for a doctor? Don't pick Middleburg, trust me.

I wish I could give it 5 stars but I'm a stickler on customer service and my expectations may exceed others. I know I can get exceptional service by giving a genuine smile and asking how the front counter staff is doing, but there are 1 or 2 staff members who are just unhappy people...so 4 stars it is!
