They are raising their prices so fast that they can't keep up with the pricing labels on the shelves. The prices on the shelf labels in many cases are much lower than the price that rings up at the register.

They had the gum I was looking for in stock, and as a bonus they have some strawberry milk that looks good. All of those were a fair price. I like the addition of self-checkouts so I don't have to wait in line, but I wish I could use my Marc's gift card at the self-checkout without requiring an employee to assist.

They never have enough registers open. I was in there yesterday and waited in line for 20 minutes when I got to the register the rude cashier said she was closed after the woman in front of me I told her I was in line for 20 minutes she basically told me I was lying.

Should have more registers open on a Sunday. I don't mind self serve registers but the setup at your Marc's is way too congested.

This used to be a well staffed store. Since they have added self checkouts, that is not the case. They just don’t have enough regular registers open now. The self checkouts are great for a few items but definitely not if you are doing your regular grocery shopping or if you purchase anything from the close out section. The lines to the regular registers are extremely long during what I consider peak shopping times. I am very disappointed with this new change. Since their prices are comparable to the other grocery chain, I don’t really see a benefit in continuing shopping here.

I purchased some hanging plant baskets and didn’t notice that they were covered in bugs until I got in the parking lot. I took them back in the store and ask if I could exchange them for different plants and they told me no refunds or exchanges. I would agree with their policy but the plants were covered in bugs. I feel like they could have made an exception in my case I only wanted to exchange the plants for ones not covered in bugs. I’m not a happy customer.

A bit disappointing in this store. Cluttered and dirty, disorganized as well.Associates on there cell phone, huddled in a group. Associates look miserable not a smile on their faces.I picked up a package of smoked neck bones for bean soup and they were green. The ground turkey looked grey, the beef had a brown color. Onions were rotten.I will not be going back to this location.Marc Glassman needs to take a look at his first store and put some care into it.

TO THE OWNERS…you are out of your ever loving mind if you think I’m going to pay $8.48 for a bowl of Country Crock or anything else you’re price gouging.
Looks like I’ll find another locally owned store to shop.
