I walked in with glasses that needed a replacement part. I expected to drop them off and pick them up when they were done. The associate was able to fix them on the spot and no charge.

If I could give a zero star I would. My mother was in town visiting from Houston and her frames came out of joint. We went to this place in the hopes that they could fix them. We waited while the lady on the phone finished her conversation about hitting budget for the coming months. When she finally got off the phone we asked if they could fix the frames and with out even looking at them she automatically said no they were broken and missing a piece and she couldn’t fix them nor retro fit the lens to any of her frame. I patently said no they aren’t missing anything they just slipped out of the hinge. She said I know what I’m talking about I have 40 years experience! I said I understand the but look at the other side that is intact. She said I don’t need to , I know what I’m talking about it needs a screw and it’s broken. Mind you my mother’s glasses need NO SCREWS. We said fine and left. By that time I lost my temper because she wouldn’t even look at the glasses and said she as rude as hell. We went down the street and SVS WAS ABLE TO FIX THEM WITHIN 2 min WITHOUT A SCREW or replacing any pieces of the frame all they had to do was put the piece back in the hinge!!!!!! I will never go to that place or recommend it to anyone. The lady at the front desk is rude cocky and not helpful at all

Both eye exam and glasses selection and fitting were excellent.
Optician Linda was most helpful with frame selection and lens options explaining different benefits. Definitely felt in knowledgeable, experienced hands.

I had a great experience at Lens Craters, Southland. I walked in for new glasses with my old pair in pieces- both stems were broken off. My sales person, Darlene treated me with patience and respect. She not only helped me pick out new glasses which fit my taste but also asked their technician to repair my old ones to help me get by until my new glasses are ready.. Above and beyond, I thought.
The exam portion of my experience at Lens Crafters was also top notch. Dr Gagliani is wonderful.
I would never go anywhere else for my eye care needs! Thank you Len’s Crafters.

My husband & I received great service right from the hello at the door to choosing our frames Thank Dave waited on us and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager took care of us when we picked up our new glasses in under 2 weeks. All was as ordered and we were really pleased with the entire process- we will be back!!

The doctors office side was great. I'd give 5-stars to the assistant and to the doctor! Kind and thorough!
A gentleman behind the counter who adjusted my eye glasses when I picked them up was also kind, informative and funny.
5-stars to him!
The store was a completely different experience, however. The store associates, (both on the phone and in person) were rude,condescending,impatient, and overall inconvenienced by me.
They were not even kind to one another.. it was uncomfortable.
I won't give any stars for the store experience. ??
I'd return to the doctor but take my Rx elsewhere.

I have been buying my eyeglasses at LensCrafters since Sears closed in Middleburg Hts. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service that all of the opticians provide! My most recent experience was with Darlene. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and pleasant as she guided me with my eyeglass and sunglass purchases. My family and I will continue to be loyal customers at LensCrafters!
