I just want to say thank you to flowerama. I had an issue with a previous order and they fixed it almost immediately. They were incredibly kind and have great customer service. I’m glad they were able to fix the issue with my order so I could return there in the future. They so great!!

Rec'd an Easter Begonia Plant from this Flowerama sent from my Chicago kids 2 wks. ago. It still looks as beautiful as when it arrived. It was set in a basket with fresh blooms, buds & decorative cellophane! I'd recommend this Flowerama for quality and delivery!

Ive been a loyal Flowerama customer since 1999. I always bought their largest bouquets for my wife and also flowers for my daughter. The manager would absolutely recognize me immediately if I walked in there right now but that will not be happening ever again! I read some of the other reviews and notice the responses from the owner mentioning how important customer service is to them.....
Well, how important is it when a customer can't get either of the two lazy girls to arrange this place's high priced flowers in a vase for a birthday gift. There were ZERO customers in the store while I was there and the girl literally could have arranged the flowers in the same time as standing there telling me how its too late. It was an hour before the posted closing time with zero customers in the store and you cant make time to do a job you are in business to do. HOW PATHETIC!!! I'll spend my $150 elsewhere and wont return!
UPDATE... After this miserable experience, and me deciding to NEVER give this place another dime of my money it led me finding a small local flower shop not far located on on Sprague Rd. The owner was very friendly and excited to earn a new customer. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and supporting a very friendly small business owner makes my day!!!

Lovely bouquets available - both premade and to order. Very helpful staff if needed, but the store's layout itself is helpful. I will say the flowers feel a bit expensive, but to me it's worth it to support local business.
