I shipped a package out from here and had a decent experience. However, they DO NOT package your items/box them - the guy in front of me had that issue and had to drive to the Parma location to get it boxed, just an fyi.

This store needs automation. Simple tasks like package drop off and pickup can be automated so that customers can save their time instead of waiting in the line for 15 to 20 mins even when it's not that busy.
