I would give this zero stars if I could but just had to share that I just called this location and was hung up on 3 times. All the person said was “dollar tree” and hung up. Then when I called back she said “dollar tree! Don’t call back!” some customer service

First off keep too yourself secondly I wasn’t trying to make a mess of my bills thirdly I know how much was needed the young girl with braids who thinks she is all that will give you a massive attitude if she decides to judge the next customer on her judge mental quota she will see how you give out your money and treat you like you don’t know amounts and judges based off character and looks I gave no attitude and makes you look stupid infront of the whole store I will not come back until she is fired she didn’t not have too treat me in such a way Her name is SOPHIA but watch out I held my words she didn’t she will judge you off color character and disability I will be filling a complaint too their corporate I was trying to count my bills to give too her and instantly this is a dollar in a real massive attitude like I don’t know how too use my brain she needs to be fired immediately

Dollar Tree ($1.25 to $5), is a great place to purchase party supplies, especially for children's parties. This store is well kept and the staff was working hard to fill balloons and check out customers.

Nancy has been so rude every time I go in there. Today was over the top and will be the last time I’ll ever be in there again. She was so nasty to me in front of customers it was embarrassing. Seeing all the comments about her on this page and her still having a job is wild.

Not sure how Nancy was having such a terrible morning already, I said hello, she said nothing. I said have a good day and with a scowl she said, take your basket to the front. I think that's your job Nancy. Store Is always well stocked and clean. Usually long lines. Dang, Smile Nancy!? We would like self checkouts at this point too there.

Store is pretty clean and well stocked about 75% of the time. Usually busy with people and only 1 checkout lane/employee working despite there being multiple other employees present. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15min if you stop in and there's more than 5 customers shopping.There is an older woman who works there--Nancy--who ALWAY has the worst attitude with customers. Poor attitude, scowling at everyone she checks out, and disrespectful every time I go through her checkout even after I greet her politely and cheerfully. I always compliment her nails or say something to be kind, I worked retail and I know it can be difficult and some customers can be very mean. Today I stopped in to grab a few things and forgot my my debit card in another clutch. I told her and let her know I would be back and to see if she can set the items aside. She immediately raised her voice and rudely told me, "You can't do that!". They were non-perishable items and even if they needed to be out back, that was totally not a problem. She is a very mean person and I walked out before I said anything that out me on her level. Everyone else is always very helpful, but this woman is absolutely rude and always treats customers like we're wrong fit being there. Rolls her eyes at people , huffing and puffs when anyone speaks to her, throws things in bags, slams bags to the side, speaks aggressively and with total disrespect, extremely impatient and unprofessional.Edit: After reading other reviews, it seems that I'm not the only one who has noted this rude employee--Nancy. I've never had other issues with the rest of the staff and I'm very disappointed to hear these complaints have been brought to management and nothing has ever been addressed.

Have never had a store tell me that a transaction can’t be voided. As someone who used to work in retail, I know that even once a transaction has been started, it can be voided. There is always a way, just didn’t want to I feel. I’ve had transactions voided there before, so I don’t understand why it couldn’t be done this time. AND when a customer’s card declines and is already embarrassed, don’t make the situation worse by talking loud enough that people in the store over can hear. Horrible experience.

Nancy the cashier is very rude and when asked to speak to a manager she said go find her. When spoke to the manager she didn’t care.

Great store to pick up quick items at half the price. Just remember that the Dollar Tree is now $1.25 per item and up

Nancy has the nastiest attitude ever and management/corporate does nothing about it. Manager had the nerve to get mad at me when I told her about herself after she tried to disrespect me in front of the manager because her feelings were hurt. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
