They charged me 20 dollars for a pickup from the airport to the hotel, they said they were arriving in 10 minutes, no one ever showed up until an hour later. They also gave me a room that had bed bugs. I was very disappointed… I won’t be coming back.

Stayed here for 3 nights, we placed our do not disturb sign up - left to go down to Columbus for the night. Came back and they changed our bed sheets ( brought my own) with the do not disturb sign still up… well, we just found a bed bug in our belongings. This is very disappointing. 2 strikes, don’t recommend staying here.

It must be a Comfort Inn thing. My room stinked just as bad as my previous stay. So, I had to use the fan on the AC unit again to deal with the smell. Breakfast was terrible as well. You can tell that the staff was not trained. The room was not set correctly. I asked that I have my room serviced. It was not. I was given every excuse why it was not taken care of. When the young man came up to the room, he gave me some attitude. The only good thing about this place is how close it is to the airport, which I had to pay for. No free shuttle to the airport.

Flight canceled and every hotel near the airport was sold out due to Rod Stewart concert. Hotel that Delta put me in was horrible so I ended up here. Place was clean and the front desk was super helpful. I was a bit reluctant to book here but I needed a place to sleep 3 hours and no regrets. Bed was clean and room was super cold which was great for me. Sink was clogged up but that wasn’t a major issue compared to the moldy smoky room that Delta put me up at. When Comparing the RL with this, I would choose this one any day.

The night shift guy checked me in said there was 50.00 charge that would come off in the morning. The room was 96, and some change and the 50.$ charge it was 146.$. Then he charged me 50. $ separate. I tried to explain it to him and he didn't understand, the lack of English. Had to explain it to the front desk in the morning and the very friendly and nice lady took care of it. Still love comfort Inn but please make sure your staff understands a little better when someone tries to explain something to them.

Do not stay here! I was woken up to them redoing a room next door by DRILLING stuff at 12:35am! No joke. I called down to front desk to complain. Oh it did not stop! I fell back to sleep and woke up at 1:15am AGAIN by the ponding and drilling STILL. I called the desk the second time and was not happy with the situation. COMMON SENSE...not there.
Then at breakfast, I was eating and the desk man was having a bickering fight with someone on the phone in the lobby for all to hear. It was very disturbing and very unprofessional, but then again...look what I just dealt with at 1230 and 115am also. Talked to another customer and he said dogs were barking on his level.
NEVER WILL I EVER....

Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located by the freeway, and good food options.

Booked a room on expedia for a fair price. A large event was going on in cleveland that weekend. They canceled our reservations when we showed up because rooms were selling for more. We had to drive 45 mins away to find another hotel. Awful management!!!! Scammers!!! They also had no house cleaning and every room was a two hour wait to check in for the people who paid for their room. Plenty of other clean hotels to go in the area. Gross hotel with horrible service.

I did not stay at the hotel but was there for a function. I will say the staff that we dealt with in the room that we used was all very nice.

You get what you pay for with the price. The hotel is way off the main road with no sign indicating when to turn. The first room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned yet, but we were able to get a second room that was clean.
Safety: The back entrance to the hotel requires a room key to get in, which is standard, but it doesn't open when trying to go out, so not safe in the off chance of a fire.
Food and drinks: They serve breakfast from 7-10. It's good hotel breakfast food, but they don't restock anything mid-service. By 8 they were out of waffle batter, biscuits, and eggs. So get there early.

Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. We arrived at the hotel late due to traveling. We had reservations that we made a month ahead of time. We were charge a lot more than our reservation. The manager was rude and told us we could cancel and go somewhere else. Due to it being so late and other hotel being booked up due to the preseason game we were stuck. Then at 3am I received a fraud alert in my phone that the hotel was trying to charge me charged more money. I went to the front desk and they did end up honoring the original price. Additionally, they knowingly placed us in a room that didn’t have TV. When ask for them to fix it they said they didn’t have any other king rooms available and that our room is usually only used for people who are here for a quick over night sleep. We made our reservation a month ahead of time. We should have had a proper room. We ended up checking out early and heading home.
