The customer service people were nice. I asked an employee where something was. He was nice enough to take time from what he was doing to walk to the area the item was and show me. That was really nice of him. Most people will just direct you and leave. The store itself is a bit confusing with the layout. It's similar to Costco and Sams. I found the stuff I was looking for and got some really good deals. I think I'll do curbside since the store is a bit too confusing for me. The prices aren't bad tho.

The service is so bad, I went to the cash register and she just left and came back after 1 minutes, they only open 1 cash register and the reset are self registe.

Whatever you do don’t get your tires from here they tell you last second when your tires ain’t coming then they lie about promotions that you’re supposed to get but don’t. Go anywhere else for your tires for the love of god, the most incompetent customer service in history!!

I get staffing is short everywhere; however, I don't understand why the person who is working on tires has to fill propane refills. This caused my tire installation to go from an hour to an hour and a half. Please shut the tanks off when there is not enough staff or have a separate person not working on the tire center run the propane tanks. Either way, this is an unacceptable burden to place on your staff and your customers. The installation itself went fine but the experience was a waste of time due to this hiccup.

I used to be a member but customer service was so bad I did not renew and joined Costco. BJ's had very view cashiers mostly self service which constantly didn't work. Never anyone working in the store to help you find anything. The total opposite at Costco.

I like shopping there, but lately my husband can't because most of the motorized carts are broken or don't get charged. He's grabbed them and they say fully charged, but half way through the store it dies. Problem is he can't walk back to the front of the store.

An eerily quiet warehouse, especially compared with the likes of Costco. BJ's is a New England-based warehouse chain that is probably a newer name to people here in the Midwest. Here, everything feels more organized thanks to clear signage above each row, but the layout is very similar to Costco otherwise: distracting, dazzling electronics up front, clothing and other seasonal specials to further distract your attention as you make your way inside, then household gadgets and supplies, and then everyday needs like groceries and drinks at the rear of the store and near the checkouts. Prices will be slightly better than area supermarkets on a unit basis, but also slightly worse than Costco on many items. This having been said, I find that there are slightly more brand names than store-brand names here (even then, the Kirkland equivalents here are called "Wellsley Farms" and "Berkeley Jensen"), plus the quantities being sold are more manageable than, say, 572471932-pound slabs of ground beef. Moreover, I find the variety slightly more suited to my tastes: more types of Greek yogurt and more low-fat portions of meats and ground meats, for example. The only downside is that it's far, far away from area freeways. A long slog to get to if you don't live close by.

With this being a wholesale store, It's great to be able to get so many things from here. The bakery section is always great to swing by. They have the regular items and then seasonal or temporary items. I fell in love with the guava pastries. The lines are normally short when I go. The staff is very friendly.

Wouldn't hire me and I don't know why not I guess you have to Albert Einstein or something in order to work at that place which is WRONG AND UNFAIR!

Just not friendly, really they are pretty bad at customer service I don't think they like working in the tire department.

Bakery!! Heather you are AMAZING!!! Thank you for listening to our wish list for the full sheet (Gold / Chocolate) cake. You are an artist and created a nice layout that enabled us to place our muscle toy cars and make it look like a car show. The chocolate actually tasted like Oreo cookies, the cake was so moist. The frosting was amazing as well. Many compliments on the cake and didn't need to break the bank. Reasonably priced and actually had a cake better than I dreamed. In addition: Another young lady made it a point to help me with everything that day. My deli plates were very nice and fresh as well. Kudos BJ's!!! Great Job Bakery and Deli!!

I bought something that is from the five star meats brand. It was absolutely terrible. Everything from them is awful! Get them out of the store! My goodness.

This is a nice clean place - well organized, neat, and orderly. Most of the workers are attentive and courteous. The lady at the door and the cashier supervisor acted as though they did not want to be there. They were not rude, but they were definitely not inviting.
