Just rejoined after 8 years away, trying other Big Box retailers. I'm handicapped and usually shop early on weekends to avoid crowds and ensure an available mobility cart. However, got there to find the entire fleet of mobility carts out of order except one, which an elderly man raced ahead of me to get. Went in got the minimum I needed (3 quick items) and left. No time to look around due to pain. Will go back next month, but if the situation is the same, will not maintain membership.

7/25/24 not a fan of where some products were moved around to in this BJ’s.
The store was so much better laid out before they moved everything around.
Also, your location was SOLD OUT of bread after I was looking all over for it.
The bread is located nowhere near the bakery like it used to be.
Prices have increased on a lot of the items at BJ’s.
What we have been doing is cutting back on items we used to buy altogether because of it.

I ordered a Batman cake for my grandson’s birthday! The decoration was incredible!! The cake was beautiful and it was delicious too! Thank you!

Not what it used to be, unfortunately. Lately, every meat I've bought, I've had to return. Some of the customer service associates have an attitude. I've seen many expired products on the shelves. Not much diversity in terms of products and food. No more food court either. Won't be renewing my membership after 10+ years.

Truck driver here. My appt was at 2300, I arrived at 2255, unloading was completed by 2355. They allowed me to park afterwards.Very professional and friendly.

This store (and BJ's on general) is the worst. Nothing in stock. Prices not good at all. Tire shop is a joke. And staff that I have dealt with at least are rude and incompetent.

I absolutely Love shopping at Bj's , weekly. It has become much more enjoyable since meeting a young man whose name is Jonathan V., he is truly amazing at all times in helping me and I notice how he helps others as well, just total respect, and his smile is so stunning. Jonathan V., is genuinely friendly, attentive to the needs of all customers, and he treats me and others as a "valued" Bj's members should be treated, handles anyone's situation with ease, care, and confidence, displaying a certain calm and peace at all times. Jonathan V., is the most respectful person I have met at the Middleburg Heights store, just amazingly friendly, and knowledgeable about how to correct whatever issue I had or experienced and the overall service i receive from Jonathan V., has always been impeccable, to say the least, and I strongly feel this person deserves a raise. I am forever grateful to Jonathan V., and I am truly grateful and appreciate the service I receive at all times. Thank you Jonathan V., you Rock!This is certainly the Go-to person, to get answers or find what you need, either way, this young man will assist at all times.

1star for management, corporate stupid. Employees very nice.Wth sell something big, heavy if you can't help with it. Customer has to bring their own dolly or whatever in the store and load it by yourself and no help getting it into vehicle!? Liability issue but you are liable as well if the customer (s) end up hurt, seriously hurt! Dah.. common sense lacking here.What's worse is when you get it into your basement it is defective! So can not take this 328lb item by myself out of basement and load back in vehicle.Smdh.
