“I visited this dealer with the intention of test driving a used car, which ended up not being on the lot. Instead, I test drove a couple of other cars. Initially I was not 100% ready to make a purchase because I was deciding if I should repair and keep my current vehicle. Remesi, the sales person I worked with, was super helpful when I initially visited the lot and also didn’t try to push me into buying a car when other sales people would have. One of the cars I test drove seemed like a really good fit, and I was able to think about it over night. I ended up buying it, and Remesi was super responsive and did a great job answering questions through the whole process. The dealership did a great job making sure the car was ready for sale. The while experience was very good, and I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership in the future.”
“Super easy and simple process. Came in on a whim for a flat tire and ended up needing 2 tires (i opted to have all replaced) Jim at the front desk fit me in and T did an awesome job replacing my tires and making sure it was done right. I appreciate the squeeze and and have been here for a few of my cars. I will be back!”

“After the GM (Matt Frazier) left the Maserati dealership in Middleburg Heights it was ALL downhill from there. I have been a customer of Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW. The experience at Maserati has been SO underwhelming it was as if I was a customer driving a Nissan Versa.
Until today….the NEW GM (Amer Alabsi) went above and beyond to make our experience right and I feel confident that he will continuously make this happen for us. I no longer feel as if I need to make a move to a different luxury vehicle house.

“At first I was unsure about going here ,after my first visit . Then I went to get a few estimates,I went back to Ken Ganley collision pearl rd. Talked to,Jerry Frustaci,he was patient with me. Being a senior citizen I was worried about going to the right place Went to the place . Jerry was great with me They gave me a ride home and picked me up to get my car . Got it back it was so clean and polished . Have already told people to go there because they are the nice place Ihave ever dealt with . Thank all of you so much”

“I love going to this particular Mr. Tire location. I've been going there for years. The entire staff are really good at what they do. They let you know what the problem is with your vehicle and they explain everything to you so that you understand it. They are very efficient and they are always more reasonable than other shops when it comes to pricing. I love the fact that they make you feel warm and welcome. Sometimes my vehicle repairs are complete and I'll still be there watching TV. They also have very interesting shows on and I often get caught up in them and the Staff doesn't mind that I'm still there watching the TV. Lol! I just love the Guys over there! Go check them out!”
