“A young lady named Rey helped me yesterday. It was packed in the post office and when I tell you I observed Rey smile at every customer she greeted I mean every customer! It was beautiful! There were 2 people working and they both were doing a good job of customer service. I like going to this branch because there’s always plenty of parking.”
“Usually, the Hyde Park post office is great with helpful, friendly people. Sometimes they're really understaffed, though, and the wait can be 15+ minutes, especially during the holidays. Often hard to guess if a trip there is going to take 3 minutes or 20 minutes.”
“Look, I think a less than 3 star review score is a little skewed. Most people won’t take the time to tell you when everything was easy and convenient. Well, I had a bit of a funky situation happen with a package and Bill, working the postal desk, helped me out and I found him to be kind and a pleasant person to work with. This never happens at other post office locations I have tried to call. My question was answered quickly and efficiently. In the future, I will use this post office location exclusively. Thank you!”

“Every postal worker here that I've encountered have been over friendly, helpful, and patient. I can ship something from here to almost anywhere in a couple days. I go a mile or so in the other direction and put it in a Cinci zip code blue box and it can take 5+ days just to get an hour or two down the road. Swore off of all postal places around Batavia besides here unless companies require othe carriers”

“The Loveland Post Office has done a 180. I used to avoid it, driving to Milford or Blue Ash, but no longer. There are (relatively) new employees who make it in upbeat and pleasant. Our carrier, John, is and has always been great. Kudos to the 45140!”
“This location has some wonderful employees. Bee knows me by name and is always friendly and efficient. The employees apologize if you have to wait, and do their best to help all the customers.”

“This is absolutely my favorite post office, of ANY of the post offices I have ever been in, to include other states!! It is not my closest Post Office, but I drive out of my way to go to this post office. It is very large with lots of space. The personnel are extremely helpful and patient.”
