Used for over 20yrs, nicest people you could ever meet! They have always been proactive and gone above and beyond to be helpful in every way possible. We have been satisfied customers of Cincinnati Propane for many years. We never had a problem with pricing or customer service. Great folks to work with, much better than Suburban Propane. The only reason we switched is we changed our hot water heater over to electric, otherwise we would still be customers.

Horrible customer service. High cost. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Buyers beware. Have had a few experiences with them. Including in the summer. Guys that came out were very unprofessional. Wouldnt buy from them if I ran out of propane.

It started with the guy threatening to take my tank away because he "weren't buying enough fuel". Never mind that we had just moved here in May.... Then we get a voucher from HEAP, and when I call to schedule delivery, he tells me they already delivered it..No call ahead, No courtesy knock, and no receipt to verify how much fuel they actually delivered. When I call today, the guy tells me he can bring me fuel, for $4.00 per gallon!!! Average price in my area is currently around $2.65!!The Gov. just declared propane emergency for Ohio, so I'm pretty sure this constitutes illegal price gouging.
