Barely gave me the time of day when I walked in, I asked for two bikes to be fully serviced. Both had flat tires and they said they would replace the tubes. I got the bikes back 2 weeks later. They told me I needed a new shock on the front of one of the bikes but they could not get it in. I took the bikes home and less than a week later when I went to take one of them out. Tires were flat again. I checked the second bike and tires were flat on it as well. I did not ride either bike in that week. The person I spoke to on the phone about it was rude and didn’t want to help. I would not recommend taking your bikes to this store.

Stopped in for some minuscule hardware missing from a bike that was ordered online and incomplete. They saved the day and were very helpful getting me what was needed to assemble an 8yo’s birthday bike. Great selection of bikes, made me want a new one. I’ll def be back! Bikes have come a long way since my last one decades ago. Thanks again!!!

After 1300 miles the shifting mechanism was not working properly and the gears would not stay in the correct gear. Dropped the bike off in the morning and picked it up later that day. Feels like a brand new bike! Pricing was very reasonable and the service was top notch. Truly appreciate the one day turnaround.

Service is great, but service prices are outrageous. Had two tires put on a kids bike and two kickstands for two bikes. $150! $30 to install tires, $50 to install kickstands, which have one nut to tighten. I would have just installed them myself. Each kickstand was only $12.Will be looking elsewhere for the kids next bikes.

They are the best people to buy a bike from, get bike repairs from and to interact with from a customer standpoint. I came with a difficult task of a Onewheel Pint tire replacement (I purchased the tire myself) and they were able to put it on and fix my board in no time. 100/10

Purchased my wife a Serfas EDash 500 Plus a few weeks ago and the experience was excellent all the way around. The staff took the time to explain sizing, power and the overall functionality of the bike (before the sale). No high pressure to purchase and a wealth of quality knowledge on all things BIKE.

West Trails has an amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I went in today and Richard filled up my tires with air on two of my bikes and gave me a detailed, honest assessment of my bike, all for no charge. This business is top notch and they truly care about their customers.
