Went to the drive thru to try and quickly grab some smokes. Person there was not helpful at all. I asked him if he had my brand, didn't even dignify me with an answer just pointed to the shelf. I asked well do you have it inside. He shrugged and said if we had it inside it'll cost extra. Then proceeded to run inside and grab me the wrong product. At that point I just rolled my eyes and drove off because of the poor customer service at the drive thru. Money spent easier and better at Sunoco across the street.

We stop here usually just to purchase scratch-offs on our way to Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg. Hoping to hit it big before going to the casino. They usually have a good variety of scratch-offs. We will grab snacks occasionally. The customer service has always been good on all of our visits.

Great service, quick in and out but today no warm food to grab a quick bite. Very disappointed they don't do any good on weekends.

Steve, I'm in your store a decent amount and rarely see the TV on fox news channel. But willingly pumping right wing propaganda in your store might drive level headed customs away. You might not care. And that's okay. But I don't want to support businesses that willingly air MSM misinformation networks. It's a horrible way to start off the morning. Respectfully, please consider sticking to local news weather or sports. Some people don't like poison in their ears. It divides, not unites, the country.
