Very biased place. After they terminated my spouse literally based on religion (termination reason was literally listed on form due to religion) we have to fight to get mail. She cant send any outgoing mail with her name on it because it disappears, so we have to use pseudo names to ensure mail goes out. Incoming mail is a battle, they withhold important documents for days although I report daily on the USPS site item not received, this only happens to items with her name on them. Items with my name always show and items with tenants from 10 years ago still shows up without an issue. Now this all has occurred since hiring the new post master last October.

This location needs to be investigated every single time I take my mail here, to this specific location my mail is never delivered. And the only thing I mail is my rent money because I have to. I received an eviction notice after depending on them to simply do their job. Also a older white, lady with short, blonde hair. "Turned in" my mail for me before and my rent WAS NEVER RECEIVED. I called and reported it and did they investigate ? Nope, they instead told me that my mail may have been ripped up in a "million pieces ". If you have no choice but to mail your rent don't put your trust in them to do their job because they won't do even that.

I was unaware that the mail carrier isn’t required to pickup outgoing mail from homes. It is just a courtesy and not their job, they are only required to deliver.

The delivery carrier actually tried to lie and say that he rang our doorbell and knocked on the door. We have a Blink doorbell camera, which showed no action by the carrier beyond him walking up, stuffing the delivery attempt notice into the mailbox, then walking away quickly. I had to chase him down across the street and confront him about the lack of a serious attempt, otherwise we would have had to wait until Monday to have them hold the package at the post office to get it. This is not the first time in recent months that this has happened. It happens anytime there is a package that requires a signature. There is literally no reason for it to happen, as two of us work from home and there is at least one of us here all hours of the day. I would give 0-Stars if it were an option.

Stopped receiving mail for over 2 weeks. Looked on informed delivery and saw that 9 pieces of mail were supposed to show up for me in a 2 day time period. Everyone else at my address received their mail, but I did not. I filed a ticket to help resolve the issue and the only advice was to tape my name inside the mailbox. I have been receiving mail at my address for well over a year with some minor missing mail incidents all for important mail. This current situation with my mail has not allowed me to receive important insurance documents as well as a document and item for my business. Not really happy with the missing mail and it has caused me a delay on a project and numerous phone calls to my insurance provider. I have even mailed items through the post office that never arrived to their destination. Not sure what's happening in this organization but it's not good.

Decent service, but whoever the lady is with the Darth Vader helmet hair is, she is borderline rude. All good though. She took care of my mail and hopefully it gets delivered.

I come here for work & when I forgot to stop at my branch near my home. The workers are very nice. I don't usually have a wait at the time I come. You can apply for a passport at this location.

Never ask for a read delivery yet they did so and it was a very important medication when to go pick it up at the post office and they had send it out through redeliver it they never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell the first time so I was really ticked off when they submitted it again for readability without my permission because I had complaint to the 1-800 number and I said no redelivery I was going to go pick it up the next day. If the customer never asked for redelivery don't do it if a customer ask for it do so I wasted my time in my gas money just to go to the post office to pick up a package when it was not there it is not there wisdom to decide what they wanted to do in the regards of delivering the package after when they didn't deliver it properly in the first place.

The Three employees that work there a young gentleman and older woman and a younger woman ....hands down the best employees I have ever had at many post offices around in the Dayton area ... My husband and I travel out of our city of Moraine past West Carrollton just for the amazing prompt service we get for those three . They all need promotions.
