I met Kaylen (@estheticswithkaylen) while she was still training and I have been going to her ever since! I’ve had multiple facials with her since we’ve met and now a lash lift and every appointment with her has been perfect. She’s always so welcoming and sweet and creates such a comfortable environment for her clients. She will make sure you look and feel amazing every time you go to her. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend booking with her! I got my lash lift 2 weeks ago for a destination wedding and between all the sweat, tears, and many many many hours traveling they still look like I just got them done. My eyelashes are super straight and never last very long when using mascara so she performed MIRACLES for me making my lashes look so good without using any makeup at all! I have gotten so many compliments on my skin and lashes since I started going to her!! It’s a 45 minute drive from my house but I will make that trip every time and knew it from the first appointment I had with her!

I will never try do my hair there again.She barely cut a piece of my hair and she charged me full haircut price. The lady that did my hair did not listen to me after I told her I did not like it. She was rushing through it very quickly because she had another client and obviously did not want to do my hair. If she didn’t want to do it, she should have just said from the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere.Services: Haircut

This is a clean salon with friendly staff. The sinks have a nice neck cushion for support--very comfortable. Courtney is friendly and knows how to apply excellent color.

Jasmine did a great job on my cut, I was very happy with it. She also gave me great tips ok dying at home whereas usually stylists come off more judgemental about the fact I dye ny own hair. I love this salon and I 100% recommend Terry as a stylist, she's super upbeat, confident, courteous and does her job fantastically. I've been going to her since November 2021 and she's gotten me to a perfect platinum blonde. I have got my hair done at Urban Loft for many years now. I have had my hair highlighted & colored over the years by Trish. I recently had a partial highlight done by Jasmine and it looked fantastic. Trish also does Brazilian blowouts on my hair occasionally because it tends to be very frizzy. The Brazilian makes my hair soft and manageable for months. I highly suggest Trish or Jasmine.Services: Blowouts
