Upgraded a previous purchase... Still not comfortable. I believe the box springs I purchased are faulty but no one will do anything to help me even after my second purchase In 6 months.

Awesome guy handled our visit to the store by Dayton Mall. My granddaughter was purchasing the bed and found what she was looking for with the information provided by our salesman. My granddaughter was about to deliver her first baby. What a comfortable experience to come home to.

The Mattresses were at 5 ? , unfortunately the the help was more of a 3 ?.They were nowhere to be found upon arrival, Now that may not be their fault due to the door toner not working. I walked around the store for about 7-10mins before walking into the back room, finding the employee sitting down eating. Not sure why they just didn't eat at the desk up-front. She knew the door toner wasn't working.Therefore a 4 star.

Really great experience! Bought a queen for us and a twin for our son. Harry was really knowledgeable and did not pressure us nor hang around us too much while we tested beds. We really appreciated that. We also picked up a few pillows. Prices were reasonable too! We will be back when it's time for another mattress.

I wasn't impressed with the staff. The man seemed bothered by my boys. I was looking to purchase 3 new bedding sets,, so naturally they would be shopping with me. The staff seemed more concerned with putting a mattress protector down before we even touched the beds. We ended up leaving because we did not get the personable feel from the staff. I do not reccomend this place.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and polite. He didn't pressure us but was available to help when needed. The mattress we bought has been great and so have their pillows.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I received my new mattress within a few days of purchase and the delivery guys were friendly and able to answer any questions I had. How great to have a quality/flippable mattress not to mention a great night's sleep again. I will recommend this company to friends and family.
