“A wonderful lady named I think Tammy helped us. I have never had such a kind soul help like she did. I have feet problems and she advised me on many features of different shoes. She went to the back to see if there would be something like I was looking for in my style…Altra shoe is what I was looking for.
I certainly hope that the upper management recognizes this lady.”
“I went the store today and test out extra stiff drivers, I met Marc an employee there. I can not tell you enough of how amazing he was! Biggest thing, he loves the game and he cares about the customers. Go in the store and ask for Marc he will take care of you”
“The shaft on our teenage son’s driver split in half in the middle of his swing. This happened on Monday, June 30th. We took the driver to the store and asked for repair. We were told that they would contact the maker and request a replacement shaft. We inquired about a loaner program (because at his young age, he didn’t have a back up driver) but they do not offer such program. We were told that we would he contacted when the driver was fixed but that it could take a little longer than expected with the holiday on the 4th. It is now the 13th and no shaft and no call. All of the times I called to check on the status, no one wanted ti give me the time of day and only provided minimal information until I was fortunate enough to have Stan answer the phone. He went above and beyond in checking recent shipments, getting tracking numbers, tracking down the replacing, providing me with the tracking number and gave me an actual expected delivery date. I will say it again, the response to all of my other calls was: no, it’s not ready yet. Our son was very frustrated in not having a driver to play in two different tournaments, we were frustrated that a brand new driver broke on less than two months, and we were also frustrated that there was no loaner program and that our inquisitions were met with nonchalant and unsympathetic responses.
Stan was also wonderful when we first visited the store to get our son a new/bigger set of clubs. He took the time to analyze our son’s swing, give guidance and support in what size and type of clubs would likely last him through HighSchool. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when it came to use investing on new clubs for our son. If we need to purchase anything else from the store and/or wish to stop in and shop, I will likely call first to see if Stan is working, and then request HIS assistance when we get there. He is a GEM and VERY valuable to the store and company. I’m not sure his presence/importance can be put into words. To loose him would certainly be a loss of revenue and respect! You might want to keep ahold of him with two hands!”
