“I’m not one to jump on a 5 star rating by any means unless I feel like it’s earned. I have struggled with work boots and getting the right feel and quality. I have used them multiple times over the last couple years at this location and had nothing but the best customer service and never hesitate to go out of their way to help. I did try a closer location red wing to home but I didn’t have near the experience I had at this location. Highly recommend to anyone to make the extra trip to the Miamisburg location.
Also just had a resole done on a pair of older boots and I’m very satisfied with the results and they went the extra mile to oil and put new laces on at no charge.”

“Excellent selection of boots. Excellent service.Today, two young ladies restored my hope in the younger generation. We had a horrible experience with young person at a coffee shop just half an hour earlier. Expectations were set very low for the day but, much to my pleasant surprise, we dealt with two young ladies who were personable, patient, helpful, and professional. KUDOS to these young ladies!Great selection of boots with reasonable prices.”

“Between the seibenthaler store and this one hands down this one for multiple reasons such as availability of stock, friendless of employees, and overall customer service! Every time I go to this store my husband and I are nothing but satisfied!As a side note this is not a store where you are going to find you $3 bargains you pay for the quality of the clothes and it’s worth it, plus they always have fresh up to date trends! Also, they do have good prices on their shoes I got my vapormax $60 less there vs any where else!”
