I went in the other day and this girl with glasses and a bandana on her head I think her name tag said olivia was cussing at me and ringing my items up more then one time she's the worst employee there the general manager or district manager needs to do something about her because I will not be back to this store

Stopped coming here in the morning because they never have the moca Java monster stocked but needed gas today. There were 3 people working and I had one of the ladies get it from the back and told her it's everytime I come here. So you would think she'd stock the shelf after I told her my issue with the store but nope. She just kept the shelf empty. SMH super America can keep my business

Pumps are always down. It seems there is at least 1 or 2 pumps with an error code on the screen. Several with red bags over them. Always in disrepair. On top of that it's a pain to get in and out of. I go elsewhere.

I go to this Shell to TRY and buy gas for my vehicle."Try" since I've run into problems with pumps being shut down when I pull in around 6:15AM on the way to work. Not just once, but multiple times. Sometimes the pump is ready to use until I exit my vehicle & am approaching the pump. THEN the station operator shuts the pump down.....so I say some unhappy words, get back in the truck, and drive 1/4 mile or so down the road to the nearest Speedway (where the pumps work, give receipts, and actually PUMP gas at a decent rate).I stopped by this afternoon to fill up my truck, and get a gallon of gas for the chainsaw's gas:oil mix.I first pulled into Pump #5, and then saw a note taped to the pump that the card reader was broken.Backed out & pulled into Pump #2, where I filled up...SLOWLY. It took over 8 minutes to fill up my truck's gas tank (16.89 gal). 2 gallons/minute...slow...very slow.I then asked for a receipt. It tried to print one, but nothing came out.POORLY maintained equipment. Avoid, if at all possible.

Went to this store tonight and they had a sign up saying buy one get 2nd for a $1 any variety. Well we picked what we wanted took it upfront and it didn’t ring up right on the register. There where no restrictions listed. We showed the manager the sign and she refused to fix the problem. Left very upset. She was very rude.

This Shell station is the cleanest, most organized petrol station I have ever seen! The bathroom sparkles, the products are all full and conditioned, the place is very well kept up!

Awful place! Very over priced! The older lady that has huge moles on her face that worked this morning 9/14 is without a doubt the rudest person I have ever come in contact with and I've worked in customer service for the last 15 years.... go to speedway it's right up and across the street and they treat you well.

Old lady in the morning is a rude and hateful person and the manager isn't much better. They spray air fresheners because the store smells like pot and cat piss. Every employee there is on something, the place is a cess pool
