Should be able to give 0 stars. I was just denied because I don't give my dogs heartworm medicine. My dogs get checked when they get their vaccinations. It has never been necessary. Of course, now this sweet baby may not go to the home she deserves because Robyn believes I need to go to the vet more often and get more treatment for my already healthy dogs. Yet, I have taken my dogs for biopsies and x-rays to ensure the health of my dogs.

Great business. Employees here genuinely care about animals and my experience has been very positive.

Just not great customer service! I won’t donate to or support this business ever again! Robyn’s nest it’s easy to play the victim! You or someone whom works for you are online everyday! You are just actually a terrible business person! I will never support you and I will spread the word you are awful!!!

Robin is the most compassionate person. She has been so patient and kind. She makes sure all the animals have the best of care. I hope to become a volunteer and be apart of Robin's team!

Very disappointed in this place. The owner Robyn was very rude. After being approved for a dog we were then told we couldn’t have him because we couldn’t take his brother. Only one pet is allowed where we live. There are so many animals out there that need homes and the shelters are over run, I can’t believe someone would deny a dog a good home.Absolutely would not recommend.

Never dealt with this company before but after one email reply from “her” I never will.Already in a bad situation , reached out for help and all she did is make it worse with her uninformed opinions. Very unprofessional, and not willing to help. Pound would be better.Google is giving her this one Starr…… not me.

Reached out for assistance. Response very opinionated without knowing the full details of the situation. Very rude. Would never send anyone to this place. Unfortunately on Google review, the lowest rating is one star that she will never deserve.

I called about surrendering a pit, due to financial issue and disobedience and the lady over the phone was very rude, condescending, and kept repeating herself saying there is no room for pits anywhere!!!

In response to Jo Berry. I am a Robyn's Nest volunteer and I think you misunderstood being required to adopt two cats. You must have been interested in one of several "bonded pairs" that need to be adopted together. There are plenty of single cats available to adopt and you do not need to be part of an "in group". I'm also not sure why you referred to "homeless" cats in quotation marks. The only home these cats have is here at Robyn's Nest until we can find them a new home and family.

Super kind staff who clearly care about the animals there before and after you adopt them. Super appreciate them hooking me up with my best friend!

Inquired about a cat was told there was a potential adopter, but if I WANTED TO ID HAVE TO ADOPT 2 CATS. So I guess you better be in with their crowd to adopt. Forget it. They ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!! THEY CAN KEEP THEIR "HOMELESS" CATS. ....
