This place is awful! They won’t give you a direct answer on cost. They charge more for vehicles with 75,000 miles or more even though I was getting full synthetic. Just for the record FULL SYNTHETIC is for high mileage vehicles.I was married to an ASE MASTER CERTIFIED MECHANIC for 27 years before he passed. Please stop lying and trying to rip people off.RIP OFF ARTHRITIS!!!!!

Sat for an hour and 45 minutes while a team of 4 people changed the oil in 5 cars.. then when I get up there they tell me my truck takes 8 quarts and it will be $160. So I left still needing an oil change after they wasted most of my night dragging their feet all over the shop. The owner should fire everyone in the place and do some research on the going rate of an oil change.

There was a bit of a wait with just one vehicle in front of me but the guys all kept moving and working and when it came to my turn, I got the same service and was taken care of until everyone was satisfied. There were three men and a woman working on the day that I went and they were all staying busy and very friendly and professional.

Want to give 0 stars. I have used take 5 in Miamisburg OH for a few years now. They have serviced my Hyundai Sonata. I bought a new car and continued to same thing. Took it to take 5 miamisburg OH. They did my oil change and I went about my day. I was due for my second (new car) oil change and brought it to Walmart in Franklin. Out of convenience, (1st time ever going to Walmart and now will continue to go there). I was called back to the service desk amd ask if anyone has been under the hood of my car. I stated take 5 in miamisburg did my 1st oil change but no one else has ever done anything. It is a brand new car. She asked me to look under the hood with her. We opened the hood of the vehicle in the parking lot. She then informed me my dipstick was never reached and my engine cover was off. Oul has sprayed an entire change amount of time out from my dipstick hole. I was told not to drive my vehicle being unable to tell how much oil was actually in the engine. I was informed I should tow it and reach out to take 5. I spoke with the dealership as it is still under warranty (not for a service mistake by take 5) and was infor.ed to have it towed there. I went to speak with the manager and made a claim (no call back) the manager met me at the dealership and took photos, i had to supply receipts they said their system changed in December and they no longer had record, they also went under the hood to see it, verified if any engine codes were active with a plug in, and ordered me a dipstick. Texted me and said it would be a few days. The dealership infor.ed me it likely only needs and engine detail as I would be surprised what .5 quuart of old can look like being sprayed out over time under the hood of my car thru a dipstick hole. Likely needs an engine detail and routine maintenance. Then today friday...happened Monday March 18 2024. I have now had to miss 2 days of work, have my car towed and its been sitting at the dealership waiting for....today it was denied. They don't have proof that take 5 left the dipstick out....really? New car and take 5 has been the only one under the hood ....other than when I was shown what happened to my vehicle. Absolutely disgusted. Shocked as I have been here for many services. Shocked as in the repair bill likely only is an engine detail. Wow. Nauseous. I will absolutely spread the word on services received and lack of accountability

0 stars don’t take your car here read reviews first and always! Took my Tahoe into this place for a basic oil change and 2 wiper blades costed over 120$ for the cheapest oil, the main issue is the guy who did the oil change did not drain the old oil and added a bunch more into the engine causing heavy misfires on multiple cylinders, fouled out all the spark plugs with oil , drained the oil and there was atleast 11 quarts of oil that came out and it was all old oil they never drained the old oil and almost destroyed my engine , DONT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!

Super fast friendly place greeted with a bottle of water and seconds never leave. You stranded in the parking lot waiting for hours. Really great customer service today. Happy with it will come back.

Took a 2020 Chevy trax here for a 80$ oil change just for me to not even get to their recommended 3,000 miles to my next change. Oil smelled burnt after 500 miles. I changed it right after I hit 600 miles. Wasted 80$ for nothing. Will never go here again and will not recommend anyone else.

If you love your car, don't take it there, they screwed up my mazda cx9 and no one wanted to take responsibility. The guy who does the oil changes is rude and disrespectful.

Went to get an oil change on January 5th, drove it to work and back (5 min) 4 times and on January 15th I started my day with a blown engine, broke timing chain, pistons knocking! A certified mechanic stated whoever did your oil change forgot to either put oil back in or put the oil cap back on!!!! Very upset!!! I understand mistakes are made, hopefully this company does the right thing by this issue especially when it’s still being paid on!!!

My husband usually changes the oil in our cars, however given the frigid temps he said it would be easier to have someone else do it, indoors. I officially will never go anywhere else to have our oil changed. To be fair, I’ve never had an in-car-oil-change service done before, so I have nothing to compare this experience to..however, it felt like a car spa. Everyone was super friendly and didn’t try to SELL us into other services (though some were suggested), a bottle of water immediately upon arrival, they washed the salt off of our windshield, topped off ALL of our fluids.. all this to say, this was more than an oil change. This was an experience.I appreciate you all being open and friendly and willing to work in 10° weather.Michael was extremely kind (and funny) , as well as Andrew. We will definitely be back!
