Everyone I interacted with at Planes was fantastic, Chris the estimator, Kyra my coordinator and the driver were all great. When things didn't go according to plan, and in a move not everything does, they made it right quickly and cheerfully. I would use them again!

Great experience. The movers were friendly, respectful and very efficient! We moved across the state and needed our items to be stored for a few weeks. All went well and we were very pleased. They made every aspect of the move easy and very stress free. I would highly recommend this group.

Ryan and his team were fantastic! Super experienced, super careful, super friendly. Here is one example - when delivering the boxes, they were careful to turn the boxes the right way so we could see the labeling without having to turn them.
I would recommend 100%!!!

Hands down great service from the moment you call for a quote, scheduling your move and working with the movers to get your belongings from one location to another. Very patient and helpful crew with lots of options to take into consideration with clear explanations. Planes made the entire process a lot less stressful than it could have been!

absolutely wonderful experience with Planes moving my car and belongings. I was very apprehensive about moving cross country but planes made it simple and easy and affordable. Moved from Ohio to Louisiana, the pack out team in Ohio was great! I got a full service move and these guys managed to wrap, box up, load, and store my entire household in one day. The trouble started on delivery day when the United truck driver relayed that he left a bookshelf in Ohio because it didn't fit on the truck. I called my coordinator, who had been very responsive and informative, to ask about scheduling another delivery. She knew nothing of this nor did the Planes operations team. After delivery that day, there were 27 items/boxes that were unaccounted for; those items included all kitchen ware, bedding and bath. Once my remaining household goods were found in Ohio, a delivery date was scheduled and then rescheduled twice as my items hadn't arrived to a local agent. A little over month after the initial delivery, I finally received my remaining items. However, 5 boxes/items could not be accounted for and were missing. I did speak to a manager at Planes who was responsive and professional and issued reimbursement for the cost of the kitchen, bedding and bath items that I purchased while waiting for redelivery. My claims for missing/damaged items are currently pending. While I will likely recoup most of the extra funds spent on items I bought while waiting for my remaining household items, the inconvenience of requesting multiple days off from a new job and the frustration of being at the mercy of the moving company was certainly not taken into account. This was a VERY costly, full service move and United did not "deliver" on their end of the contract. I have moved 8 times in 20 years and I have never had an experience as awful as this. Doing the math, I could have rented 3 large UHaul trucks, bought all packing material, paid for gas and meals for drivers and stored my goods for 3 months for thousands less than what I paid for a little bit of convenience. Due to the less than stellar service received, I requested a discount. That request was not entertained. Lesson learned on my part.

Really professional, hard working group of guys. Warren has such a positive attitude and just a joy. Having people in your house, moving all your worldly possessions can definitely feel intrusive. These guys respected our space and took pride in their work. By far the best moving company we’ve used over our 16+ years of military moves. Will use them again if we can!
