Public storage just took over old mgmt. was never there! Since Public storage there has always been Mgmt. on duty even on weekends !! Before there was hardly ever anyone in office!!

Click bait ads with offers such as first month $1 and 40% off for month of July - don’t know until you go to complete registration that it isn’t true. Different location calls to confirm reservation- you discuss - they offer to cancel reservation and encouraged you to try again later. Next day another person calls about reservation… you explain you canceled it yesterday and mentioned the discount - lady was rude about “I don’t know where you saw that our location has no specials right now” YOUR AD… YOUR WEBSITE. Disappointed. Do better.

I miss Beth. She was fired and was done wrong. She gave her 100% all throughout the week day and night at 4am all the way though. She kept the homeless out and had a smile every time someone came in. Now that it's been switched to public storage there is no longer a happy face and the temporary management is rude. Their prices are high and not worth it.

This is no longer ran by Miamisburg Stor-All and you can unfortunately tell. Public storage says that they are just managing it but if that is so they are poorly running it. Beth was an EXTREMELY TIDDY EXCELLENT PERSON who ran that facility perfectly and then instead of keeping her on staff they fired her. The place has gone downhill within this month. I am sure there will be lawsuits since they didn't inform anyone ahead of time and a lot of people as have observed have complaints about already paying rent automatic withdrawal only to have to repay it. They're also tacking in extra fees, higher monthly payments now and really expensive late charges. There is debris allover and what I can tell people are moving out.

Beth, the site manager, is very sweet and very pleasant to interact with. She is always quick to return calls, whenever I have to leave a message. She is very fair, and goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of her patrons.I have recommended Miamisburg Stor All

24/7 access and great service for the most part they had a lock on my unit after I already paid that month and for inconvenience got a free month bc of that so awesome customer service never had another issue and been there for over 2 years now

I was able to rent a unit, pay online, and make arrangements on a holiday weekend. Arrived, security gate allowed us in late night, and we were able to unload easily - wasn't too tight. Smart thinking to enable business online.
