Excellent Service and Follow up from Duane. I had a repair done there in December of last year and due to a part failure my vehicle had to go back. They honored their warranty and repaired my car in a reasonable time frame. I cannot recommend them enough, they have earned my business for everything from routine maintenance to repairs.

Had a dumb issue with a sensor not being plugged all the way in,caused the vehicle, an escape to stall.
They found the problem quickly and were only going to charge for the tow and an hour of labor.
But since it was already in the shop I had them repair the AC hose and fill up coolant.
I work 12 hours a day 7 am - 7 pm. and they were nice enough to drop the vehicle off at my residence. On September 20th or so 2023.
Just bought a Silverado that needed spider injectors replaced.
Had a couple other issues, so I had them repair the one that bothered me the most, once again they were nice enough to drop the vehicle off to me.
I'll have the truck back in their shop again to attend to one other issue in a week or so.

My dad has used Miamisburg auto periodically over the years from engine replacements, to break jobs, and other automotive related repairs. Never a complaint from him about them. I have used them a few times and they handled my repair needs fairly with competitive pricing. They communicated well the issues that were found and went above and beyond attempting to locate parts in this crazy world we live in. I’d recommend Miamisburg auto to any of my friends and family. Happy to return in the future when the time comes.
