I have been to this store about 25 times over the years (strictly due to the location)and the one thing that always bugs me is the lengths that the associates will go to avoid helping you. Most of the time I will stop by to grab something quickly, but each time I actually needed assistance there was either no one around or I will be seen and they will actively move in a different direction.

I love having a Mehnards right down the street!! I've noticed that Home Depot has a lot of stuff but horrible customer service. Lowes seems to not have stuff I'm looking for but great customer service. Well, now Mehnards, it's like both stores combined with even more stuff!! Also, their prices are lower than the other two. Needed a window AC unit, Mehnards for the win!!

Oh boy, let me tell ya, I had the best experience at the Menards by the Dayton Mall. From the moment I walked in, the staff was as friendly as a neighbor offering you a brat at a summer cookout. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed without wandering around like a lost deer.
The selection is amazing—whether you’re looking to fix up the house, spruce up the yard, or grab some home essentials, Menards has got it all. And the prices? You betcha, they’re great! I found some really high-quality items that didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. I had some questions about tools, and the folks there were not only knowledgeable but genuinely helpful. They gave me some great advice for my project, just like a good neighbor lending you their snowblower during a blizzard.
Checking out was a breeze too, wrapping up my visit on a high note. If you’re in the Dayton area and need anything for your home or garden, I highly recommend stopping by Menards. It’s a real gem with excellent service and a fantastic selection. Don’tcha know, you won’t be disappointed!

Close by and pretty well stocked, we picked up some lawn soil to cover our new grass seed. One of my favorite lumber stores near us. Plus they have the 11% off frequently.

I love shopping at Menards. Their prices are competitive and it's great getting my rebates. However, when I paid for my merchandise with my rebate money today, I went to write my remaining balance on the card and was told I couldn't because it was against Menard's policy. Can someone explain why? No one seemed to know.

Nice place, one of my favorite well stocked menards they usually have everything I need than other hardware stores. I have noticed if it says they have something in stock with maybe less than 5 left they usually don't have it and never took it out of there system. The prices is usually cheaper than other places as well. The only problem they have is the employees sees a customer and avoids them as much as possible.
