We went to the store off springboro pike in Miamisburg oh and Drea help us (Mike Sweeney, Holly Combs) and she was absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone here was so helpful and friendly!!! We will be coming back for future purchases and referring friends and family.

I went into the store looking for a new dishwasher and was greeted by the usual slimy salesman. In reality-they all are and you have to look past that. I simply needed a new dishwasher. After we cut through all the crap about how amazing the deal was, I ordered a dishwasher last Thursday. Ryan Mock, the joker salesman, assured me that these were common items and there were 53 in the Louisville warehouse and they go down there every day to pick up appliances. Liar-typical salesman bull. Not the case. Called Sunday to order the rest of the Cafe line of appliances and was told that the dishwasher had not even been ordered yet. Upset? Yes. Called back today when the baffoon salesman was back from his two days off and when I shared my displeasure in the deceiving sales tactics (with full intent to purchase the rest of the Cafe line) he lost his ever loving mind. I know-he is just an appliance salesman, but talk about unprofessional! I will gladly pay more to not have to deal with this unstable jerk. Just bought the rest of the line at Big Sandy. When I tried to cancel the dishwasher-he advised that the order could not be cancelled because it was a custom order. WHAT? 53 in stock? How does one exactly go about making a custom dishwasher? No, no matching cabinet panels-just stainless. Again-Liar. Thanks Jackass! This is an example of inmate-back to employment failures. Please stop putting these people in our communities and PLEASE stop putting them in positions where they deal with the public. It is creepy that he has access to my home address.

We purchased over 20k of appliance for our new home during covid in 2021, sales people and deliver was great, i would recomend them, however may 8 one of our refrigerators quit working thank goodness we purchased the extended warranty, only to be told that it can take up to 72 hours 3 days for a service person to call us to schedule a service call, i have spoken to the store, their president office, the district manager for ohio, and been told they have been trying to call me so i provided a screen shot to show that nobody called me now silence, my opinion of this company has went from A+++ to F-------, dont think I could ever recomend them any more and hope this does not happen to people that i have recomended them to.

Ryan at Mattress Kingdom was absolutely stellar. We shopped Sleep Number, Mattress Firm, and here and Ryan by far gave the best customer service of any of them and the prices/deals here were fantastic!

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience at Appliance Factory has been absolutely terrible. I tried to remain patient but I have had the last straw. The only positive part of my experience was my salesman, Ryan. He was friendly and helpful. Other than that, the process to get a washer and dryer has been a disaster. First, my original delivery was canceled because they only had my dryer on the truck. No washer. Then I finally get my delivery. More to come on the washer later later. The delivery men show up at my door with no warning and no phone call. I'm at work and have to leave. They bring me a broken dryer. I wait and wait for a new dryer. I then get a different dryer. They told me it will come on a Saturday. I call Saturday morning. "Oh, it's coming Monday." Is it? Lovely. Thanks for telling me. So now I have the washer and dryer, at last. Guess what? My washer doesn't work. Won't do anything at all, other than turn on. I have spent the past 2 hours trying to troubleshoot. Phone call after phone call. I am livid. I do not recommend Appliance Factory. They have caused nothing but stress. No communication, broken appliances, a complete mess.
